Goodwin committed fraud. Goodwin found an unqualified candidate who was terminated within 8 workdays. Goodwin demanded full fees even though the candidate was defective and coached by Goodwin to lie about his resume. The contract attempts to lock in the client if the hire does not work out, but we don't want to deal with Goodwin anymore. Highly unprofessional and fraudulent company. Now they put the invoice into collections, less than 30 days past due.
