We have emailed the customer and assured her we will be refunding the cost of the order plus her shipping costWe have not received the package and as soon as we do we will process the refund

We received this delivery complaint and responded to it via emailWe then sent a replacement package to the address provided. Here is the tracking information for that
package:https://www.fedex.com/apps/fedextrack/?action=track&tracknumbers=7779668... This tracking shows that the replacement package was delivered on the 19th of December

Customer was refunded the amount requested

I am rejecting this response because:I have not received the information on how to order the Beads to continue my project.The company has fail to comply with my emails and at this point I feel that they are responsible for my
distressSurely it would be sufficient if they would send me the Beads at no cost to me I want this problem resolve as soon as possibleGoodybeads has not only shown me that their customer service deptis insensible to my complaint but I also feel discriminated from their lack of enthusiasm
