$458.00, which is well over the disputed amountWe feel that we run our practice with the highest ethics and standards in mind, and in this case, Ms*** received more money back than what she is disputing belowWe are unsure of how else we could have proceeded or resolved her concerns

My daughter and I had brought in our 4-5 week old kitten which appeared to start having breathing issues. After reviewing kitten by Dr. Erin T[redacted] she was given an iv, Catheter and variety of medication. Stated she was dehydrated and we were told it would be best if she there overnight. I paid $ 730.36 in advance and approximately 4 - 5 hours I received a call stated she may not make it. Our kitten didn't make it through the night and I was still charged the full amount. I didn't receive any paperwork till the next day of services rendered and with the total amount.
