Review: My tire had a slow leak. On Saturday, 1/2/2016, I took my tire to the Goodyear Auto Service Center in West Bend, WI where I purchased the tires. I explained to the service advisor of the slow leak and believe I had purchased the Tire Road Hazard Service Warranty when I purchased these tires for my Subaru Impreza. He confirmed that I had purchased this warranty and told me that the tire is covered and there will be no charge for the repair unless the tire cannot be repaired.

After a few hours, I received a call letting me know my tire is fixed. When I returned to pick up my tire, I was charged $37.23 for the repair by a different service advisor. I told him that I have the Tire Road Hazard Service Warranty and I was told the repair would be free of charge. He explained to me that the leak was caused by loose tire bead from rim and is not covered by this warranty. The description of the repair on the invoice stated, "REPAIR LOOSE TIRE CLEAN AND SEAL BEAD". The first service advisor was gone for the day so I paid the fee with plans to return on Monday to talk with him or a manager. I returned on Monday and talked with another service advisor and I got the same explanation.

I reviewed the Tire Road Hazard Service Warranty policy and there is no mention of a loose tire bead in the long list of policy Exclusions.Desired Settlement: The tire should have been repaired free of charge as stated by the first service advisor and the Tire Road Hazard Service Warranty policy. I believe I am entitled to a refund of the $37.23 fee that I was charged for this repair.

I have been a customer with the Goodyear Auto Service Center for 9 years, bought 4 sets (16 tires) of the Triple Tread All-season tires, and have my vehicles serviced at this facility. I do not understand why they will not honor the Tire Road Hazard Service Warranty.

Review: I took my 2011 tundra in for a oil change and they removed the engine skid plate to change the oil filter but forgot to put it back onDesired Settlement: replace the part they forgot to put back on truck
