Google Closed My Very First Email Account With No Reason Given And Stole All Of My Written Work!
On Saturday, August 6, 2016, Google ganged up on me and Closed /Blocked my Very First Gmail Account which was called:
[HOWARDPAULSHORE @GMAIL.COM]
without Providing Me With A Legitimate, nor Honest Reason and I did absolutely Nothing Illegal and did Not Spam anybody and they KEPT ALL OF MY LETTERS AND INFORMATION without GIVING MY PROPERTY BACK TO ME in which they still have!
Yes, I have complained to them as you can see in my attached documents, but No Resolution was provided!
As of August of 2016, I have filed a small claims lawsuit against them for $1,since they Refuse To Return My Legal Property Back To Me
I hope that they come to their Common Senses
Final Thoughts: Yes, Google is a necessity, but they are Not a 100% Percent Honest Company towards their members!

These people call and call and call our business on the phone, but will not EVER answer their own telephone Was on hold waiting for a CSR to pick up today for over minutes Finally had to leave my desk and hung up What business can survive treating their alleged customers in this fashion? No wonder their Revdex.com rating is a D It should be an F since they never answered the phone I called the Virginia office with the same result, so this has got to be a pervasive issue with this business

I used Google's "google trusted store service". I carried out business with [redacted].com and they sent me incorrect product. I attempted to contact them and work it out directly first with no luck. I turned to google for their "trusted support" and they contacted [redacted] and prompted them to send me pre paid label for incorrect product. I used pre paid label to send back incorrect item. When [redacted] received incorrect item they denied ever sending the item to me. Google Trusted stores contacted me and stated I needed to re-send the "correct item" that was sent to me.

Are you kidding me? I sent the item that [redacted] sent me. Now I want my money back. I signed up with "google trusted stores" support to get my purchase protected and has only given me headaches.

Please note that the item I sent back to [redacted] is also available for purchase on their web site. I am not interested in a replacement for my item and I want my refund. [redacted] still has the item

I am appalled that Google allows the continued harassment of a minor to persist via search results. I understand you do not control content on web sites. What you DO CONTROL are suggestions on the bottom of a page and auto complete suggestions in the search bar.
My son is a federally recognized disabled individual and had received repeated cyber bullying attacks on forums, sites, etc many years ago. The content is not online anymore because it was either taken down by moderators and or removed by the authorities. Let me be clear, the auto-complete in the search box/suggestions and the bottom search suggestions still maintain the "artificial intelligence opinion" that these particular sites are still up.
My son attempted suicide because of this and after repeated phone calls for 5 years as well as faxes no one has responded. I am forced to publically shame google on Revdex.com due to their lack of compassion and lack of response and sense of urgency to this horrible situation.

Oh and to whoever is reading this...if you come back with a comment of "we cant control what people search" or place blame on web site content, dont bother because I have monitored searches inside and out for YEARS. Also, just so you know my record of sitting in one place removing OUT DATED CONTENT ON your web site removal tool is 72 hours. I have removed over 10,000 pages no longer online or completely removed from google search results, yet you continue to punish and abuse my mentally ill son;.
what im trying to say is that this isn't going to be the last you hear of me complaining and pursuing this matter.

Google is far from a good site, they are lazy when it comes to[redacted] copyright resulting in a ton of false claims that dont go resolved unless the[redacted]r has 5 million or more subcribers under their name. They do a terrible job with support and to be briefly honest they dont care about their[redacted] creator base at all unless they are the ones making money off it, not to mention the poor support that can go horribly and finally that these guys would literally let anyone file claims against anyone because they dont want to check.

They let anonymous liars say anything about businesses in reviews, and even when it's easily demonstrated that the claim is false they will not remove the false review. Businesses can write 5-stars for themselves and 1-star negative reviews for competitors. And, again, proofs of fraudulent reviews mean nothing to Google; they just ignore it which serves their "users" or consumers poorly. No one knows what's true and false on Google because Google doesn't display a regard for truth. Any review system with the intention of sharing truth between consumers would require the reviewers to prove their authenticity, as Yelp rightly does. Google won't implement the same system.

Also, they knowingly publish fraudulent advertising in their Adwords. If you look for a locksmith on Google, you'll see "$15 locksmith!" and "$19 locksmith service!" in their paid-for advertising. The Revdex.com, the FTC and other organizations have issued public alerts that these are bait-and-switch companies publishing fraudulent ads. Attorneys General, hundreds of locksmiths and consumers have alerted Google, and they've been sued over it as well, and yet they are very happy to continue making many millions of dollars a year knowingly publishing these fraudulent advertisements and applying no guidelines requiring better truthfulness from those advertisers. It's a recurring theme with this ethically vile company --- they have NO regard for honesty. You cannot trust Google, do not use them, there are alternative search engines that are just as good with results, far better social media, far more trustworthy review sites like Yelp and Angie's List. The world would be a better place without Google in it.

There is a blogger who goes by the name of [redacted] He has many blogs that are connected.

I have had to file a report about his posts almost everyday because he regularly posts the following:
Peoples personal info such as full name, home address, telephone number, facebook url, place of work...
Peoples pictures that he does not own the copywrite to or have permission to post, this especially includes peoples nude pictures.

(Both of which he uses to harrass and blackmail and terrorise these people and get other people after them as well.)

Extreme [redacted] such as women having watermellons and bowling balls up thier [redacted], people being [redacted] by horses.

Gore such as people blown to pieces, decapitated, limbs cut/detached from bombs or vehicular accidents, this includes dead children.
If this doesn't fit the criteria for "crude content"...

Google Business is horrible. I have been trying to get through their maze of incompetency for about 3 weeks. I simply want to delete an inappropriate review.

They continue to create unreal security obstacles, never respond to the issue, have never addressed the issue, have no ownership for the problems and frankly very poor service.

So we are dumping Google Business.

I had a 30 free trial for Google Adwords from Vistaprint.

I experienced lousy customer service when I needed help, and it was very complex and difficult to understand on my own.

I wrote and cancelled the account BEFORE the 30 day trial, because they're customer service was so. lousy. The only only helpful emails I got were "You're Google Adwords is not running".

Months passed. Suddenly, I got a bill in the mail for a significant amount. I challenged the bill through my bank, they could not respond. I got my money returned.

Today, it came up again, when I inquired about it, they said the ads started (again) 10 months AFTER I cancelled, and the emails still say "your ads are not running".

They cannot see any error in the obvious, nor do they even reciprocate that there were errors nor that they even investigated my complaint.

They will not receive a cent from me.

I thought Google/YouTube kept check on what kinds of videos are being posted. One specific video I came across is promoting terrorism, hanging and raping white women, defacing the American flag and burning the Confederate battle flag and the list really goes on. The comments are littered with hateful, racist remarks but the video still remains online and active. I see the stance that Google/YouTube stand for in America today. Maybe it is time for you all to leave the country too? Never been so disgusted to see a video stay viewable for over three months.

Don't even say "we didn't know" because the amount of reportings this video received, someone would have known.

THEY ABUSED TRUST AND NOW EVEN AFTER BEING ORDERED BY THE FTC TO PAY THE MONEY BACK THEY FOUND A LOOPHOLE. Starizona is my go to place for everything astronomy. The owner [redacted] and his wonderful wife [redacted] are kind and caring people. The staff, [redacted] and [redacted] are equally courteous, attentive, and eager to help with anything or any problem you throw at them. On many, many occasions I have had various problems with my astronomical equipment. I called [redacted] and the first words out of his mouth were "bring it down".

I upon arrival, even though [redacted] was busy, was immediately told bring my equipment in and was helped by [redacted]. [redacted] started to multitask and work on my problem directing [redacted] on what to do. Next [redacted] takes the reins and goes to work. Problem solved he even goes further and starts to address other issues that he finds with the equipment.

His fees are fair and in most cases on minor issues says " your good to go". There is never a hint of pressure at Starizona. This has always been my experience every time I have visited the store.

Starizona stocks tons of equipment and [redacted] manufactures many astronomical devices that he and his crew invent and manufacture from simple devices to state of the art high precision telescopes.

Starizona is one of if not the most complete telescope store in the Southwest and perhaps the entire country. I live near Phoenix Arizona but eagerly make the hour and a half drive to Tucson just to immerse myself in the ambiance of the store and its customers who may be astronauts, famous astrophotographers, or just other colorful ordinary people who are eager to share their experiences in astronomy. I am never disappointed. In a word Starizona is, Great.

I have never been disappointed with [redacted] or his staff always eager to teach or help. This is not the typical store that sells you something and never wants to hear from you again. No, Starizona stands behind its stuff. [redacted] even has some of his equipment on the Space Station and movies to prove it. He has even set up his telescopes on the lawn of The White House. If I have a problem I call them and [redacted] or [redacted] has the answer. If you call and he is busy it is probably because he is talking to someone from NASA or Outer Mongolia. This is no joke. He fields calls from all over the globe daily. All the above mentioned information is from my many experiences that I have had at the store when I go there. I usually spend an hour there every time so I can have [redacted] or [redacted] field some of my many questions. It is always a learning experience.

If you want good honest advice on astronomy, quality products, and friendly people, this is an answer to your prayer it is mine. I highly recommend Starizona.
