Google Yellow Pages

Review: I received a phone call from Yellow Pages asking me if I wanted to renew my listing with them- I did not really understand what they were talking about- but I said no- dont need to renew anything with you- we dont advertise that way. THey said I have a five star rating and 740 hits or something like that- I said we just dont advertise that way so we would not get any additional business from this listing- then I was informed that since I was not renewing they would be sending out a bill. I said what is the total of the bill they are referencing, they said over 600 dollars. I said no no wait a minute here, I have never signed up for anything like that. She simply said, since you are not renewing a bill will be sent out to your business and HUNG UP!!!!Desired Settlement: THis can not be a legitimate bill- I never signed up for anything for our business and I would like a verification from them that there is no bill for our company. PLus they should never hang up on someone when they say that despite your not ever signing up for this- we are sending you a bill.....
