Review: Google yellow pages contacted me about placement for my community service Alzheimer's Outreach. They had a list of questions which I answered. After referring to our volunteer work as a business I clarified numerous times we do not have an office, nor are there employees, we volunteer our time. They asked for my job title I said I'm the coordinator, they told they didn't have that word in their questionnaire so was I an Administer, an Office Manager, again I clarified this is a private home. Further into this he says, for only 29.95 a month we can offer you...to which I said, we are a community service I am not buying anything. His reply no Ma'am you will be in the yellow pages for free this is an additional way to advertise....a website to direct traffic to you. I explained I already have a website that had over 3 million hits, I do not want additional services. After he ignored my answer I hung up. They have now continued to call - so far it's 6 calls in less than a week. I've told they to leave me alone and stop harassing me or I would contact you. They are still callingDesired Settlement: I just want them to leave me alone and to have no further contact with myself or my husband who also spoke to them this morning when they called again.

Review: Over the past coule of months I have received many calls saying that I need to update my [redacted] listing. I have the option of pressing 1 to speak to an agent or 9 to be removed from the list. I have pressed 9 probably 10-12 times and I am NEVER removed. When I press one and speak to an agent, when I complain and asked to be removed they hang up on me. This has happened twice. I reguard this as completely unethical amounting to harrassment.Desired Settlement: Remove me from the call list and NEVER call again.
