I am rejecting this response because:
When I called back a second time, the girl who answered her phone hung up on me. When I called back the THIRD time, that is when she told me that I could not cancel my order and that she would not give me a refund. Not to mention the way the food was brought to us. The food was not almost out of the door because it took 30 minutes to get to us when we live  directly down the street. I have photographs of the way the food was given to me. Even the employee that delivered our food said bad things about this business. And even after that they still forgot our drink and our ranch dressing that we had PAID for. When we pshically went to speak with the manager in person she told us that her SISTER was the one working last night and that her SISTER had  already told her, and her MOTHER THE OWNER about what had happened that night. I don't appreciate the way the business was done. All I want is my money back.

On the night of September 28th, 2014 [redacted] and her girlfriend placed a delivery order with us. They ordered a Burger meal and 10 boneless wings meal and paid with a credit card.  After we dropped their order they called back and asked to change the boneless wings to regular bone in wings...

because the boneless wings were too expensive for them. Mind you they were told their total before the whole transaction was made. 
I went ahead and dropped the 10 regular wings inspite of dropping the 10 boneless previously that cost $11.99.  After their order was about to walk out the door. Meaning that was made and boxed up they called back for a third time and tried to change the 10 regular wings for a fried chicken burger because it was still too expensive. it was then that I [redacted] , one of the three manager ot Googly's got on the phone and politely explained to her that I could not change the order for a third time because that would be a loss on our part. She then got angry when I wouldn't change her order again and proceeded to tell me that she wanted to cancel her order all together. I told her that it would not be a problem to refund the money for the burger but I would not give her the money back for the wings because two sets of wings were already dropped and made and where goin to have to be thrown away because she kept changing her mind.
We are a small business and cannot afford to throw away money like that. Her wanting an inspection of our business because we wouldn't refund money of her wings makes no sense. She did not find any kind of insect or hair in her food. We were inspected after this incident and make a 96.
Also I am not the owners daughter.  I am an adult and I am sticking by my word.
