Review: I ordered Goose Bullet Speakers from Goose New York on February [redacted], 2015.Item was to arrive in 10-30 days.Beginning March **, 2015 I began attempting to contact them through their website contact form, replying to the confirmation email to no result.Only after posting on their [redacted] page was any reply given via email requesting a tracking number at the very least. This has not happened despite assurances to the contrary1st email (3.**.2015) = Them stating the item will ship the next Tuesday or Wednesday via 2 day mail...did not happen2nd email (3.**.2015) = It will go out today...nope(description of emails 3 through 6 are available on request)7th email (3.**.2015) = It will arrive Saturday...nopeLast email (4.*.2015) -= "Dear [redacted],Totally our fault for not getting this back ordered item out to you sooner. We are refunding your money and sending you this for free. We will get you that tracking number as soon as we can. Goose New York"My last correspondence from them despite attempting to contact them through every avenue possibleTHIS ALSO DID NOT HAPPEN!!Desired Settlement: I want my money credited back to my account AND the item to be shipped to me free of charge as promised in their last email reply to me

Review: I signed up for a service through [redacted] for scheduled clothing shipments. for a charge of $49.99 (every other month I believe), I would receive a shipment of clothing chosen by my GooseNY appointed "Style consultant". I received an email from my "Style consultant" to schedule a consultation call, but never heard back from him after emailing him several times. Eventually, it slipped my mind that I had signed up for this service (which is most likely their intent). I contacted them through their web site over a week ago and still have not heard back. I have filed a dispute with my credit card company for a charge on my credit card on March 17th from "BLACK MOUNTAIN SPORTS[redacted]" for $49.99. This is the only charge on my card which corresponds with the date and amount of their service.Desired Settlement: I wish to be refunded and for it to be known that GooseNY is running a fraudulent service.
