Gooyt Consulting Reviews (%countItem)

On January 11th,2020 I entered into a contractual agreement with this company to get me out of a timeshare. I had 3 days to review the contract before it became binding, on January 13,2020 the company called me to finalize the agreement. I paid this company $4,000.00 and have not heard from them since. I have 2 phone numbers for this company, one is no longer in service and the other just has a voicemail , the mailbox is full and will not allow you to leave a message.

The consumer was working with an employee that is no longer with our company, We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused the consumer, we have reached out to him directly and we will go above and beyond to ensure we meet our contractual agreement .

This company contacts timeshare owners and leads them to believe that they will get them out of their current timeshare. I reality they take your money for enlisting you into a new timeshare scheme and do nothing to get you out of your current timeshare location. We have worked with a law firm *** for almost two years now and just this morning were told no one was available to take our call and their website has been suspended. There has been little or no effort made to get us out of our contract. This is a SCAM and I an embarrassed bout how easily we fell for it. Almost $9,000 later we have nothing to show for our money. They also advised us not to pay our maintenance fees which would have impacted our credit. After reading the contract only $500 was allocated for legal fees to get us out of our HGVC

I have included a response to ID. I have spoken to the customer and have a great relief knowing that everything is being worked through. Thank you for all of your help. *** did state by email that “I will let the Revdex.com know that you have been responsive and we are working towards resolution and that I “expect “to drop the complaint completely when the issue is resolved. I would ask that this information be put into the file.

Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention.

Regards,

***

To whom it may concern,

As a small business owner, I take all complaints as a serious matter. I received the notice from Revdex.com postmarked on Oct 30th, came in mail today Nov 7th. I had 7 days to respond to a letter that I received on the 7th day, seems very odd.

I spoke to *** today Nov 7th, we are moving forward with the contract as stated. We had a miscommunication and lack of communication by one of the case manager’s that was assigned to them. I sent an email to the case manager’s manager and cc’d *** and *** on the email. *** stated in an email “I will let the Revdex.com know that you have been responsive and we are working towards resolution and that I “expect “to drop the complaint completely when the issue is resolved.”

I appreciate the customer’s honesty and will use them in the future, after our work is complete, as a reference as a valued, satisfied, customer.

Regards

Revdex.com:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. Providing there is continued communications and an exit from our current timeshare is completed which is the resolution of this issue.

Sincerely

This company and their representatives said they were going to get me out of our current timeshare maintenance fees by putting me into *** points program. I gave them all the information on my 2 timeshares through the *** including the outstanding mortgage balance. It was my understanding that they were going to get out of the outstanding mortgage and the yearly maintenance fees for both properties.I now know what they truly were selling was a different form of a timeshare and there was never any plan to get me out of the other timeshares. They passed me on to legal service *** owners. I answered there questionnaire from that point the only contact I received from them was when I initiated contact with them asking for updates. Absolutely nothing has happened. It has now been over a year I now own 3 forms of timeshares. I now have 2 timeshares I am paying for along with all the maintenance fees. They also wanted me to stoop paying my monthly mortgage fee which would have destroyed my credit rating. Which they also stated they would help to correct if the *** didn't let me out of my timeshares.

To whom it may concern,

Attn: ***

As a small business owner, it is important for me as the leader, to make sure our organization does everything in its power to provide an excellent service to our clients. I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience these issues may have caused you.

According to my research, we have performed all of our services as planned and as stated in the contract signed by you. We met on Jan 1 2017, you had signed up for our services on this date. Services are not rendered until full payment is made which occurred on May 1, 2017. I believe this is where some of the confusion and misunderstanding starts. We have provided you a great opportunity to travel to over 5000 resorts with no maintenance fees, this is not a timeshare, but a travel membership plan provided to you and your family through ***. This is one part of the contract, which has been provided. Your member number, including all websites and telephone numbers to make reservations was provided on eff ***.

I personally spoke with you through text on May 1st 2017, May 5th 2017, May 19th 2017(On this date you were already looking for an update on where your file was at, keep in mind this is only 18 days after full payment was made. Your contract states that the process for receiving your *** account # can take 45-90 days to provide, which we did in 30 days. Another text exchange occurred on May 25th,2017, this is where the Attorney which our organization provided reached out to you and starting collecting the proper documentation to get you out of your timeshares with ***. This is where it was told to me through text that you had a major hail storm that you were having to deal with, with you insurance company and contractor to deal with all of the damage. (This is a second item I feel has caused you some overall headaches which did not actually pertain to our company.) Another text exchange occurred on May 30th, lots of name calling, etc. Another text exchange on June 29th 2017 occurred asking why we had made a charge on your credit card, I sent directly to you receipt and signed credit card authorization form to show you the charges made and where you had signed off. Another text exchange occurred on August 11th 2017, letting me know that we were 160 days from the 1 year mark, which was untrue, calling me a ***, etc. Multiple exchanges have been had between yourself and me directly, I have never not responded, and have always pointed you in the right direction.

On March 19th 2018, I asked if you wanted the *** property back, you said “I’m wanting what you promised and also to be rid of your *** pure points. It might be a good program but attached with your promises I can’t believe it is anything but a sham.”

We are currently and actively providing you with an exit of your *** timeshares, through the attorney group and case manager that was assigned to you. Also on March 19th 2018 you had said that you were contacted by the attorney about your case. After speaking with the attorney group, they said you sounded like you were satisfied with the arrangement.

I understand that there are several things on your account that you would like different, but after review we have provided all of them in a timely fashion. I feel the misunderstanding is in the time frames, expectations, and a frustration from outside issues and an industry that is filled with unfortunate scams, of which we are not.

I would just like to let you know that we take complaints very seriously, as we are always striving to improve our services. We welcome any additional feedback you may have. We will continue to provide our services to get you out of your forever timeshare and the loan and fees associated with it.

Regards
