Goozex

Review: I joined Goozex under false advertising and promises. I purchased "trade tokens" via paypal from them and have also traded 3 items of game software for "goozex points" in which to redeem for others games. I have done everything in which goozex advises to trade and recieve games but after months have still never recieved any product and at this point all I have done is lose money and personal software. The problem is there is no merchandise to trade, people are buying but not selling. In their ads during sign up goozex promises that trades happen "faster than you think" but this is not the case. They have taken my money and allowed me to trade software even though they are fully aware that there is a current imbalance with their system. I was never told when signing up, purchasing, or trading, that the business was under management change and new members have no chance of receiving any products. Its currently a scam and shouldn't let new members sign up until they balance out their supply issues. They have also not responded to any of my complaints. I'm currently at about $100 loss with no chance in the future to receive any items for my money and trades in the future. Also, they have raised the point value of many of the games I have qued by more than %100 from when I signed up. This is another thing not mentioned when I signed up and paid.Desired Settlement: I would like to recieve a refund for $10 for the paypal purchases of "trade tokens". I would also like compensation for the 3 games I traded for "points." Since there is no supply on their site the "points" have absolutely no value for trade whatsoever. I wasn't told of these supply issues until after I made purchases and trades. My total losses are about $100 with no chance of receiving any software in the future. All wait lists I'm on are at a standstill and havnt budged in months because users aren't supplying inventory. I have supplied inventory, and I have paid. I have received nothing in return and shouldnt be punished because of other users and goozex's bad choices to sell "points" and ruin their supply inventory.
