Review: On October 17 I ordered a 2 DVD set from GoPeachy.com through Amazon Marketplace. The ad stated that the price was $10.57 plus $3.99 shipping. It stated that "disc(s) guaranteed to play perfectly our your money back (including shipping charges to and from)." On October 23 I received the item, but discovered that it included only one DVD - DVD 2 of a 2 DVD set. DVD 1 was not sent. I contacted the seller through Amazon's web site. They instructed me by email to "send USPS First Class Mail with tracking number... Our warehouse clerk will do a weight check to compare the outgoing shipping weight to the return shipping weight. If the weight check passes, we will then reimburse you the item cost, shipping both ways and tracking number fee."I went to ShipMates & requested the cheapest USPS First Class Mail with tracking number. The postage was $9.15. The envelope was $1.99. Tax was $0.12. Total return shipping was therefore $11.26. I emailed GoPeachy, attaching a scanned copy of the shipping bill & requested reimbursement for the original $14.56 plus the $11.26 which I paid to return the item to them as instructed.They have agreed to reimburse me the original $14.56 plus $3.99 return shipping. They refuse to reimburse the full amount of the return shipping stating by email: "If you chose to spend $11.26 on return shipping this was your personal decision and, unfortunately, you will be paying the shipping cost difference." I did not "chose" to spend $11.26 on return shipping, I spent $11.26 in order to comply with their return shipping instructions.Desired Settlement: I would like GoPeachy to refund the full amount as advertised.

Dear Revdex.com,This customer is a liar.We provided great customer service to him.We merely asked for the 12-digit UPC code on the item he received to see if we could figure out what happened and to help determine whether we even had this item.(note: we get some fraudulent claims as well so we needed this information for our records).He provided a 10-digit number and GAVE US THE RUN AROUND. Just give us the 12-digit UPC code that DVDs have as we instructed and stop giving us the run around.He still has not provided us with the 12-digit UPC code he received.We also gave him return instructions so we could issue him a full refunded.We are waiting for the item to be returned USPS Media Mail.We will then issue him a full refund including shipping cost both ways.His solution: File a Revdex.com claim.What can you say. We deal with all types of reasonable people and unreasonable people.Chalk this one up to the later.Please ask him to return our item using USPS media mail to our warehouse for a refund.Thank you

Item was purchased through eBay. Abrupt refund and told it was out of stock. I searched their site through eBay and personal site and item was relisted for a higher price. Contacted seller about it and was given very rude and sarcastic responses. Clearly they don't care about customers satisfaction.
