Ordered from Gopuff numerous times without issues and account is under review with NO HELP to unlock
I have ordered from GoPuff multiple times without any issues. My last order I placed has placed my account under verification for suspicious activity. I have provided a detailed response for their review and received the following response from them 'Thank you for submitting your information. The problems you experienced while trying to place an order is due to irregular shopping behavior revolving around the items within your bag. Because of this, we are unable to take any action to resolve this issue.' which is frustrating.
Why can my account be unlocked when my past shopping history can be seen and I have provided a detailed response as to what I am trying to purchase? This is crazy and such a horrible shopping experience.

I was placing an order and I was using my gopuff points. 18,000 of them was $5 off of an order. When I was checking out, my card declined. No big deal, I'll try another one. It declined. What is going on? I know I have money on that. Try my credit card, declined. Then I noticed that my price had gone up: I no longer had the $5 discount, and my free delivery from my GoPuff fam subscription was gone. No problem, sure its just a weird glitch. Emailed customer service and they repeatedly told me that they would conduct a "review" of my account. After a couple weeks I said "just refund me", and they said they would. Almost a month later and still no refund despite repeated contact asking for updates.

I am rejecting this response because: this is not a response. Referring me to the same number and email that I was already trying to use to solve my problem? GoPuff needs to work on how it responds to customers who have issues. I was finally refunded on May 12th, a good month and a half since I had a problem and was promised a refund "in a few days" over and over and yet I still have no explanation or have heard about the "review" of my account from customer service. I have been refunded so thats that, but responding to a Revdex.com complaint by referring me to the same customer service that led me to make a Revdex.com complaint in the first place is very bad form. If GoPuff can't take the time to actually look into my account as a result of my complaint then I have very little interest in dealing with them again.

At one point I emailed them copies of documents to finish setting up my account, and got a reply from a human saying that the documents had been accepted.

GoPuff's instructions were to drive to a warehouse at a specific location and wait for orders. When I got there, on two separate nights, the door was shut and locked and the lights were off. No orders appeared in their app.

I'd like to withdraw the complaint if possible. This company has very poor communication, but I finally got in touch with someone who explained how their system works and they appear to be legitimate.

When I reposted the comment it was once again deleted and afterwards I was banned. I then took to Twitter, once again expressing my dissatisfaction over the lengthy wait time but for also being banned from their Facebook page for expressing my dissatisfaction and as a result was blocked. I attempted to resolve the issue one last time by corresponding over email. While I did receive a response my request to know why I was banned and blocked went unanswered and ignored. I will never do business with them again and my husband has vowed the same.

I submitted an order and waited over an hour before I decided to inquire myself in the app. They didn’t even bother to tell me that my order was cancelled—if I hadn’t inquired they would never have told me. Then, when I went to submit a complaint in the app, my account was blacklisted. I’d already decided not to use their services again, but I wanted to fight the blacklisting on principle. They claimed I’d called the delivery driver and cussed them out, but I neither received the driver’s contact info not made a single phone call. When I finally DID make a phone call to complain about being blacklisted, it was a two-week long saga of dealing with new customer service people and being toyed with by their HR department. Horrible horrible services, and I will be suggesting all my friends avoid this company.

I already tried talking to your customer service for a week. I spoke to an HR manager on the phone and email several times. I’m not interested in patronizing your shoddy business, but even if I was you have already blacklisted me from the company, so...?

This is the third time gopuff charges me debit for products that were never received. On Monday, Feb 25th at around 9-9:30 PM, an order for A craft beer (*** $12.95), an energy drink $3.29, a bag of popcorn $3.49, and a candy $1.49, was placed through the provided app (Gopuff). The total was $21.22 plus tip. At 11:05 PM, the driver came to the door with everything but the main part of the order, which was the beer. He said "Oh, I'll come back with it" and left. I called gopuff customer service (for which the number is not provided in the app, but through searching the web) and the best resolution they could come up with is issuing a partial refund that MAY come back in 3-5 business days. I talked to LORI and she was very rude and snarky, so, I was transferred to the manager, LUKE, who was actually much worse and had a belittling, nonchalant attitude. This has happened two other times. The first time, it was a small amount, and I neither received the products or my money back. I chalked it up to a fluke and cut my 6-7 dollar loss. The second time, it was over 25 dollars and it took more than a week of jumping through their hoops to get my money back. This time, I want the full amount back, all $21.22 since there was no point in ordering any of it without the beer, which they refused to deliver or re-send.

The delivery service in our area banned me for placing orders ONE BLOCK OUT OF RANGE. I even went out of my way to walk within zone to the gas station on the corner. *** I took an uber to work so I could get my order. What's even worse is that they let me get deliveries for months and then decided to start cancelling my orders consistently and forcing me to wait two days for my money back, FOR EACH ORDER. I'm out 80 bucks waiting on my refund.
They have decided that I am undeserving even though I've been doing anything I can to make it easier. I tip well, I'm nice to the drivers. I don't get it.

I had to wait almost 2 hours for my things to be delivered and when I called to check on why it was taking so long I was told that based on the high volumes it was talking longer. the business makes a guarantee for delivery in 30 minutes. I should never have to wait almost 2 hours for my things no matter the volumes. Then it took them almost 2 weeks to refund me and I had to contact them 3 times to get my refund. The most recent time I ordered was 2 days ago and I placed my order, got a confirmation on the time my food would be delivered and then 3 minutes after got an email saying my delivery was canceled because I was outside of the delivery zone. They withdrew the money for my purchase and processed the delivery knowing perfectly well that my address was not within their delivery zone anylonger. Now I have to wait probably another 2 weeks for a refund on a purchase that shouldn’t have gone through in the first place. This company is horrible and needs to rethink their poor management, technology and unkind/unhelpful customer service.
