The Gopuff App makes it very easy to sign up, set up & get started for delivery work. The very first day & my very first delivery. The App gets me to my first customer and crashes, I contact customer support. They take a very long time to assist me while I am standing & waiting with the customer. The App tells her I'm on my way but, I'm standing right in front of her. They advise me to manually enter her information for delivery, But they fail to instruct me on how to do this. Then they takeover delivery thru my speaker phone. They complete my first order & I have to call them back for the second order address. Because, the support App still doesn't work. Even after I rebooted my phone and App 2x. The second delivery requires me to call again. They process the order manually again and I'm done. I close out my work day & cash out my pay. That doesn't work and the App tells me " You don't have any earnings for the day". I contact customer support (thru the chat) when I get home & inform them of the problem. "We are unable to help you now someone will investigate and get back to you". They get back to me and inform me, that it is thru the Stripe payout platform. I contact them and input & update my info. All is correct now, thru Gopuff & Stripe and I still haven't been paid. This has been going on for 2 weeks now. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS, ITS NOT WORTH THE HASSLE. I guess this company doesn't care about hard, honest Americans trying make money for themselves & there families.
