Thank You,*** *** *** *** After Goralnik Realty received this information, we took a look at the furnace filter and noticed that the filter was totally caked up and no air was moving thru the filter and we immediately replaced the filter

My patio door has not been replaced. There were never any reports of the apartment being hot. The safety inspector can confirm this as I was having to barricade my sliding glass door to keep the apartment warm. The filter was changed based on the recommendation of maintenance when checking under the sink. Last Friday I spoke with the property manager and she informed me that the door had been replaced and this was not true. She also said she tried to contact me on multiple occasions including knocking on my door, but the only time that I received communication from her was by email and I responded immediately. She stated it would inconvenience her to wait 30 minutes for me to get off work.

On January 19th my maintenance man went into his apartment and fixed the water leak under his sink as well as replaced the bottom board in the sink cabinet.   My maintenance man asked Mr. [redacted] if everything was okay and he said it was fine. Also, according to my maintenance staff our...

glass company came out and switched out the patio door with another door on property to stop the air leaks in his patio door.   I have not heard anything since the door was swapped out if it fixed the problem, I can only assume it has.  I sent Mr. [redacted] and email and asked him to call me and I have receive no return phone call.   I have gone to his door on several occasions to see if he’s home so I can personally inspect the repairs, unfortunately we work on different schedules and have not been able to make that connection.
