I pulled the digital deal jacket, and...

have attached customer copies that Justin [redacted] signed and agreed to. The sales price of the vehicle was $23250 before his trade allowance and negative trade equity. His payoff was higher than the $9000 he stated. The acutal payoff was $9558.32 and the proper amount was disclosed not only on the purchse agreement, but also on the pay off agreement and LAW contract. Justin also elected to purchase Service contract, Mainteneance and Gap. He did sign the disclosure that all items were presented and he elected to purchase them. He aslo signed all contracts where the costs were disclosed.  Service contract cost was $2997Maintenance cost was $601.00Gap cost was $895All costs were disclosed on the contracts, law agreement and purchase contract if applicable. I have attached contracts.

satisfactory to me.  Gordie Boucher did fix the majority of the problems of the car except for the creaking on the left side door which they could not duplicate but am satisfied with the work they did and were very nice to me when I brought my car in.  They even gave me a loaner to use while mine was being diagnosed and repaired along with refunding me for the brake job I had done prior to bringing it in.
