Dear Revdex.com/[redacted], We have ordered the Ford boards. Once received we will drive them directly to Mr. [redacted]

Dear Revdex.com/Mr.[redacted], We do apologize for delay and appreciate you patience. We are working with a dealer near you to send the running boards. GFB

Review: Purchased a new truck from dealer on July 25th 2015 with the agreement of them shipping factory running boards to my house from the parts dept. The [redacted]e of the truck was negotiated on them providing the running boards in the purchase price. I have a receipt from them that says they owe cab steps, the [redacted]esman [redacted] Call took a picture of the running boards I wanted and I also have a picture dated the day I bought the truck from a truck on their lot as so there was no confusion. After many phone calls and texts that were unanswered , they finally said the running boards were on the way. [redacted] P. general manager called and asked if I received my quote: running boards? I had not and he said he was on top of the situation and admitted to me [redacted] dropped the ball and said he would pay for installation for me for the screw up. I declined and said I just want the running boards owed to me, then he told me I should see them on Monday August 17th. Ford box was shipped to me and it was 5" black step tubes?? Not what I wanted or agreed upon when truck was purchased? ? Contacted [redacted] and [redacted], after many unanswered calls and text again, explained what was sent and what was agreed on and we had a problem. [redacted] said he didn't know what happened and [redacted] is saying that what I wanted is more money and he doesn't want to pay for them? What? Now I'm back to them not returning calls again.Desired Settlement: I want my factory Ford running boards that were negotiated on in the purchase price not what they sent.

Regards,

I own a Ford f150 purchased at Gordie Boucher in Kenosha wi. I boughtthe vehicle used in 2012. It is a 2011 truck. In the last 6 months I have had my truck in their shop 12 times 6 of which were in the last 30 days for the exact same issue. I have been given nothing but the run around this entire month. They have sent me home with a broken vehicle twice because they were to lazy to actually check the code it kept throwing because " that couldn't possible be the issue"! My truck has been there 1 day shy of 2 weeks as of today and they are still telling me they don't have the part and it might not be done until Friday possibly longer. [redacted] the rep I have been working with is extremely rude and always has an excuse for everything!! [redacted] the " mechanic" is to lazy to check a simple code. Sent us home with a bad timing belt which anyone who knows cars knows if it goes it can cause a whole lot of other issues! As soon as my warranty expires I will NEVER use them again. That place is a joke and the customer service is absolutely ridiculous!!

My husband and I have purchased no less than 6 Fords from Boucher Ford in Kenosha, 3 Escapes, 2 Focus' and a Mustang. Since the dawn of time or better yet since day 1 with our first purchase, I have had nothing but horrible service from the service department. Tell me or better yet convince me on why I would ever even contemplate purchasing another car from Boucher? I have a 2013 Ford Escape, in fact I believe it was the very first one purchased in Wisconsin. Since I've owned it I have had numerous issues with the car, and each time when I bring it in for service, I continue to get crappy service. Why would you ask do I continue to put myself through this aggravation? Why do I continue to purchase my cars through Boucher Ford? I can tell you first hand it definitely is not the service I have received over the many years that I have purchased from Boucher.
The transmission had to be rebuilt a few months ago, yes a car that is not quite 3 years old had to have a transmission rebuild. I continue to have issues with the transmission, it inadvertently shifts while I'm driving, but that is not the issue that I am complaining about at this time. Friday evening my husband came home from work and noticed that the body pan was hanging quite low from the bottom of my car. When he investigated the loose pan he observed the pan had almost no screws holding it place. There is absolutely NO damage to the pan that would cause this to occur, No impact damage NOTHING. Work that was accomplished for the transmission rebuild required the pan to be removed and silly me for thinking that the job could be accomplished with no further issues. SILLY ME!! I am just happy that while I was driving home from work in Illinois Friday afternoon on I94 that pan did not completely dislodge from the car and cause damage not only to my car but any other vehicles that might have been in its path.
We have been driving Fords since 1998, and after this last incident with the service department in Kenosha, my husband and I have decided we will NEVER purchase another car from Boucher Ford.
This continuous horrible service is too much for us to bear any longer

Review: I bought a '06 F150 in December. Everything on their certificate was marked as ok and working properly. Two weeks after purchasing the truck the transmission went to the point where I thought I was going to be stuck on the freeway going to school. They fixed the transmission when it went down to get rust repaired as part of the "We Owe" in the sale. I was sold a truck with a bad transmission(they fixed), bad coil packs(currently fixing), bad spark plugs(currently fixing), and bad phasors(refuse to fix). I had to spend $600 on 2 coil packs because I was afraid the motor was going to go due to the severity of the cylinders misfiring. A month after they "fixed" the rust it started rusting through the paint again. For almost 2 weeks they avoided me, would not return my calls. I had to drive down an hour and a half and wait for 2 hours to get someone to talk to me. I told them I want it truely fixed, They said they will "fix" it again but will not guarantee the paint or fix it again if it rusts through again. I told them they misrepresented the vehicle, and they should put me into a proper vehicle. They refused. I told them I want my old truck back, they again refused. This is the most unethical and shady dealership I have ever dealt with. They have now had posession of my truck for half as long as I have owned it, and I have only owned it 3 months. I am making payments on a vehicle I don't even have. I am, and everyone I have told about this is shocked and disgusted by their actions.Desired Settlement: I would like them to "cancel" the contract and return my silverado to me. I don't wish to do business with this type of company. I don't trust them or wish to do business with them. I want my vehicle back and to forget the last 3 months of ** I have dealt with.

Dear Revdex.com/Mr. [redacted],

Review: I purchased a 2011 honda accord from the ford store in Kenosha . After approximately 2 daysafter delivery of the vehicle I noticed a large bulge in one of the tires on the car and also some other issues with the rims on the car. I had tried to contact my [redacted]es person several times in regards to my issue and never recieved a return call. I also left 3 voicemails for the [redacted] and also I never recieved a return call from him either! The auto that I purchased was sold to me and also advertised with new tires. The commercial and all of the ads for the Boucher group says they ride with you every mile well I hate to say but they did not ride with me the first 25 miles!! All I wanted to do was figure out something that could be done with my tire without having I go to this step but there associates could not even take the time to try to help me !!! I don't feel Ishould be treated like this after spending 16000 on a car !!!Desired Settlement: to get my tire repaired or replaced

Dear Revdex.com,

I would never buy a car from them. They were rude they kept us in the dealership so they could "test drive" our truck they kept driving it around the parking lot couldn't find an issue even though they said with the year and miles nit should have phaser issues which there were none they gave us a ridiculous trade in number for our 2007 f150 lariat. we walked away. we were not the only people in the show room that day that walked away without buying a vehicle. Then they called us a month later and if we were still interested in a vehicle. They seem to have the attitude that if you buy a vehicle fine if you don't that's fine too.

The salesperson and a manager, [redacted] both assured me in person they would pay me $3000 to purchase my vehicle outright as this business does - without purchasing a vehicle from them. Before going in to sell them my truck, I double checked via email and they validated this. I still have the email assuring their purchase of my truck without trading it. After initiating the process, and nearly completing the deal, a third person, finance manager I think, came out and said no deal. He called it a miscommunication between he and the salesperson, however it was clearly something else since the salesperson and sales manager both agreed to the deal arranged with me. They reneged on a deal that a salesperson and sales manager assured would happen, so I left work to get there and spent time with them arranging the deal until the very last moment when an unknown person to me reneged.

They really screwed up. I confirmed the car on 2/21 and they asked me to get approval from my Bank on Monday which was all done as planned. But they sold the car to another person with higher price without even informing me.
After sharing purchase contract we me and my banker they sold it to someone else which is ridiculous on their ethics of doing business. I am sure I will find better car than what they were selling for.
WORST DEALER I HAVE EVER WORKED WITH
