Review: I came in for oil change on Aug 5th, and it was lucky I called [redacted], the [redacted], back the following evening, to ask about car insurance. Toward the end of conversation, [redacted] happened to mention a gasket he found on the garage floor after I left and "to not take it wrong" but that it most likely was from my vehicle and I should bring it back in ASAP. It was a good thing I wasn't out of state, as when we went into garage, there was a HUGE oil leak under the car. It saturated the almost the bottom half of floor under car. [redacted] told me to bring it in and told me that it was "simply a plug that ripped the filter"???? I have never had anything like that happen. I returned and two mechanics were very hostilely glaring at me when I stepped out of car. It was very intimidating. [redacted] guaranteed me that he personally checked all the fluids and made sure everything was okay and that the oil was refilled. I left and over the next couple days, noticed a excessive water leaking from the air conditioning unit. I brought it back in on Aug 8th and [redacted] stated "he would put the vehicle up and make sure nothing was leaking". He assured me that "everything was just fine and all fluids refilled." I immediately noticed a chirping sound coming from right front of car when we drove off ..odd that it would start immediately after this. I checked with some mechanics we know and they thought it might be the oil that leaked onto one of the belts. I asked [redacted] if he could check into this and he refused, changing his tune, that he would have to charge me $110 to do so and "guaranteed me that everything was refilled and safe" and "I shouldn't worry about noise". I decided to verify the oil level myself on Aug 9th, and it isn't even filled to the 1/4 mark. Two other guys have checked this and confirmed it.

I am asking for a refund of my oil change and I want to come in and personally stand with the mechanic and verify that nothing is leaking nor any harm done to any of my belts, etc. It is too much of a coincidence that this would all happen now, and I'm not going to be taken advantage of again.

The thing that really makes me mad is that if [redacted] saw the gasket on the floor, he should have immediately called me to at least warn me, as he admitted he knew I was the last one to leave the station from an oil change. It could have burnt out my engine (which is exactly what happened to my sister's car with this dealership and she had to fight to get it repaired). Real nice.

I'm also insisting that the "noise" be checked out. If it is due to oil on one of the belts...then the mechanic should clean it up. That's not my fault.

[redacted]Desired Settlement: I would ask a refund of oil change and that they at the very least refill my oil. It is virtually almost empty! I would ask that I be personally present when they fill the oil. Also asking that they reimburse for repairs if any harm to belts, etc due to their carelessness or intentional malicious intent.

Dear Revdex.com, After completing the the last oil change of the day noticed the following day there was a bit of oil on the ground, Called her back in just to verify if there was a faulty gasket. Went through vehicle and found everything to be fine. Even though we did nothing wrong because she has been with us for nine years we offered her a refund. Her vehicle is in perfect running order.

Review: I recently purchased a vehicle from this location and upon leaving, they seized all communication lines with me. They neglected to tell me that they quickly painted over rust on the car on the rear right wheel well ($600 fix). They also did not tell me that the rear air shock on the right side was also broken ($1,200). Both of these items were not visible nor audible while test driving the car. I called them several times and they would not return phone calls. They claimed that these fixes where the result of "basic wear and tear" even though they both occurred within the first month of ownership. I am extremely dissatisfied with Gordie Boucher Nissan and their customer service.Desired Settlement: I would like them to pay fully for all required fixes that were not disclosed to me upon the time of the sale. They fail to meet the implied warranty of merchantability by selling me a car that needs a lot of fixes.

Dear Revdex.com/Mr. [redacted],

I filed a ch13 bankruptcy approx 2.5yrs ago. I won't be discharged for another 2.5yrs. I had totaled my car and due to credit limitations, I couldn't go to the normal dealership that i've frequented in the past. Instead, I contacted Gordie Boucher and was told that open bk's are no problem. I went there and all was great until the paperwork was sent to the trustee for approval and was denied. Gordie Boucher had merged my info with another persons info and the purchase price was way higher than the car even sold for. I was told that it was a mistake on their part and they'd correct it and send over the new paperwork. Received a call from my attorney today with another denial. The issue is the car that i'm buying is listed on their website with purchase price of 14450.00 and the amount on my paperwork showed 18500.00. Approx 4k higher than what's on their site with the same VIN as the one i'm buying. I called Gordie Boucher and asked him to contact my attorney and see what can be resolved. When my attorney talked to Kyle in the financing dept and questioned him on what's on the paperwork vs what's listed on the website, he actually stated that he has no idea what's listed on the website and the amount listed is pretty much to "get the customers in the door". Not sure where this guy is from but this is what's known as "bait and switch". My attorney was shocked that this guy even admitted this on the phone. Another thing they stated to me is that their investor only allows for the purchase of a brand new car and will not allow for people in open bankruptcies to purchase a used one. I found out from another dealership that uses the same investor on their open bk's, that info is entirely false. I've had to extend my rental due to all of this by 7days which is approx 150.00 because all the back and forth and now I have to return it because I can't afford to keep paying for it and I'm now carless. This experience has been very stressful and adding to the fact of them taking advantage of someone with credit issues, is absolutely mind blowing. In my opinion they are crooks!

I found a vehicle that I was interested in online located at Boucher Lincoln. When I went there I was told it was just sold, but they could help me locate another. I didn't like anything on the lot, but was told that all of the Boucher Group was connected and we could just transfer a vehicle from another location. With their help, I found one that I was interested in at the Boucher dealership in Racine. My sales person said they could have it transferred up so I didn't have to go all of the way down there to get it. They brought it up and I purchased it. Within 24 hours of getting it I started having mechanical issues with it. It took about 4 months and multiple visits before they finally fixed this initial problem. About 5 weeks later I started having more mechanical issues. When I went in to have them taken care of, I have now been informed there is no warranty on the vehicle. I do have a printout of the original online listing of the Vehicle that states I do have a 12 month 12,000 mile warranty. The only problem is that because I didn't physically purchase it from the Racine location, it is no good. So their inventory covers all Boucher lots, but then they don't stand behind that locations warranty. Boucher does not "ride with you every mile."

On Feb 1, 2014 I bought a new 2014 Murano vehicle at Gordie Boucher and paid cash for it. these people are deceitful and took advantage of me. They were pushy and trying to sell me things I didn't want. One of the things, [redacted], the financial guy, wanted to sell me was the car care service. I declined, but [redacted] said, we need you to sign this so we know that we told you and that you declined, and later on I got in the mail the coupon book for these car care service. I thought that since I was buying a car cash, I didn't have to deal with financial people. But they were the pushiest people. They charge me also for Wheel tax and when I went to DOT they charge me again for wheel tax and told me that the dealer wasn't supposed to charge me for that.

They charge me 300.00 for all weather mats, and they didn't give them to me, so I had to go back and ask for them.

Also, I bought it cash and they charge me money for Lien.

This dealer was to put info for the DOT for this new car, and it took them 19 day to finally had it done. The police stopped me because I was driving a vehicle that was not register. I went to DOT 4 times trying to get it legal but they said that the dealer was to do that for me.

So sad there are dealers like this one. People that take advantage of seniors, women and hispanic which is what I am.
