According to our records, the customer's informed our Customer Service representatives that she shipped the oven last week on Tuesday, June 21stIt took a week for the oven to ship and we received the oven in our warehouse today, June 29th.I have personally called and spoken with *** ***, and informed her that we did receive the oven and will be refunding the customer $The refund should take about 5-days to process her requestI have informed *** *** to please call us to inform when this refund has processed to ensure that this matter has been resolves.I do believe once *** *** receives her refund for the oven, this matter should be resolvedAgain, on behalf of KitchenTek we apologize for the inconvenience we have caused on the customer's behalf.Thank You,L.H***Customer Service
