Review: No weekly service (trash pickup) for 4 weeks. I have called and left at least 6 voicemail messages requesting return call - no response. I have confirmed their receipt of and deposit of my most recent payment for service.Desired Settlement: Explanation of lack of weekly service, pick up of 4 weeks worth of trash, credit for an extra month of service since I have gone with no service for 1 month or a refund of my last payment if service is not going to resume.
