This person entered into a verbal agreement on January 29 for a bathroom and closet remodel to be completed no later than March 2, 2016 They (son included) recently walked off the property taking all of their equipment, tools and supplies with less than 50% of the project complete and left my property damaged my property, Numerous times they would not accept phone calls. I advanced them the contract price with promises they would provide receipts of materials purchased and labor. I am bad for not requesting a written and formal contract but I have enough information including pictures, video and sound that will allow me to proceed in court for reimbursement of costs.
