Gordon Bonetti Florist Inc.

Review: We ordered a flower arrangement for a person at [redacted] from a Florist in [redacted]. We picked an arrangement and paid for it. Because the florist we chose did not deliver in Hartford, they had Gordon Bonnetti Florist Inc. fill the order. We were very unhappy with the arrangement. We picked the [redacted] "simply Sweet" arrangement. This consisted of light yellow roses, pink Asiatic lilies and astroemeria, light yellow miniature carnations, lavender daisy spray chrysanthemums and pink limonium in a yellow vase with a satin bow. What we got was a very unprofessional arrangement with a large pink lily, lavender daisy spray, white carnations with red tips, and some small dark purple flowers. The arrangement was cheap in both looks and cost to the florist. We got approximately a third of the flowers we should have received in the arrangement.When my husband called Gordon Bonnetti Florist Inc., he was told that they fulfilled the order and would not do anything else. I called and complained and they said "the arrangement does not have to be exactly like the picture". This arrangement look nothing like what we ordered. They said that they would pick up the arrangement and replace it. I don't consider that a solution. I don't trust them as they had a chance to provide a professional arrangement the first time and blotched it. I spoke to the florist we went to in [redacted] who sent the order to Gordon Bonnetti Florist Inc. and showed them the picture of the arrangement that was sent. The said that they will not use Gordon Bonnetti Florist Inc. again.
