intention. We do appreciate your business and want that to be clear
throughout your visit. We are also disappointed that you are not happy
with your repair. Yours was particularly
difficult due to a couple of
reasons. Any year old paint is hard to match but your vehicle also has
multiple shades of color which forced us to chose one which we were able to
match quite well The only solution is to paint additional panels which
your insurance company has not agreed to pay for. We respectfully submit
that you might direct your concerns to your insurance company Please
