on December 27, 2016.** *** first contacted *** * *** Community Manager,
*** ***, on December 30, She noted that she did not receive a hardcopy
of the mailing although she acknowledges receipt of the email copy of the notice

***, Landmarc mailed two residents parking decals and one victory hang tag to
** *** on January 13, As of January 25, 2017, ** *** notes that she
had not received the parking decals through mail.Upon receipt of the letter dated February 6, from Revdex.com,
we immediately began taking the appropriate actions to resolve ** ***
concernsI personally attempted to reach ** *** by telephone two times during
the week of February 6, through February 10, *** *** also
attempted to reach ** *** by phoneI also personally spoke with *** ***

*** ***As mentioned above, I received an email confirming supporting this
information.As it appears that January 13, parcel was potentially

and email ton confirm receipt of the parking passes that were delivered on February
