When I contacted them in June of 2015 they claimed that I was sent a notice that was returned in the mail. One full year later. That's funny because every year since 2011 I've received a Thanksgiving Day card from them. My address has not changed since 1972. My home and cell phone number as well as my email address is on file at their office. I intend to file a complaint with the Florida Bar if it is at all possible and to notify as many Veterans organizations nationwide as I possibly can of their lackadaisical attitude when it comes to U. S. Military veterans. If you are a veteran do not I repeat do not place your trust in this firm. Four plus years down the drain. Really. Shame on you Gordon & Doner. DISABLED VETERANS BEWARE!
