Most happy customers don't care to write something, while many reviews are usually written by those who want to put in complaintsAfter using M & M for years, I think its fair to put in some good words for my property manager, Jim and the company M & M Property ManagementSince I live in another city, Jim takes care of my four-plex in Sacramento without me having to be on-siteJim is usually very quiet -- he takes care of all the day-to-day management without having to worry about trivial things, but he definitely contacts me promptly, through emails and phone calls, if there is anything that needs my attention or approvalHe never misses anythingHe also replies to my emails very fastEvery year, he conducts an annual property inspection, and comes back with suggestions on improvements, and photos for recordM & M has a very good computer system, that stores all the monthly statements and expenditure bills, annual inspection records, leases and other important documentsThese are very well organizedAT the end of each month, my income is wired to me very timelyWith my rental property very well take care of, Jim's service and M & M's system have helped me retain and increase my property value
