Review: I hired [redacted] at Complete Contracting Services to do some repairs and bathroom renovations in a home I had purchased in April 2011. The work was mostly completed with an exception to the master bathroom by my June 30 move in date. I complained for almost three months before I got someone to finish the open area about one inch around the exhaust fan to the attic. At around six months I noticed the grout on one side of a floor tile was crumbling and I made several calls to Mr. [redacted] to ask him to come back and repair said tile plus finish up the floor by installing a transition piece between the hall and the ceramic tiled bathroom. Over a period of 18 months I got no response to my many calls to Mr [redacted]'s voice mail. I even called his sub contractors asking if they could get a hold of Mr. [redacted] for me. In May I called again several times when the crumbing grout problem had expanded to surrounding tiles. On July 20th of this year I made the comment to the plumbing contractor that I was going to have to sue Mr. [redacted] to get this problem resolved since he will not return my calls. Two hours later I was talking with Mr. [redacted]. He was apologizing up and down how if he had known about the problem he would have taken care of it sooner. He came over to the house on Sunday July 21st to look at the problem. He had his main tile guy [redacted] who didn't do the install come over on Monday or Tuesday of that week to look at repairing the problem. [redacted] realized immediately that it wasn't a tile issue the problem is with the new sub floor that was installed. [redacted] who probably weighs around 175lbs bounced on the floor on the balls of his feet and the floor is moving with him. He said he could fix the two broken tiles but he would be back in six months to replace them again. He doesn't want to fix it until this sub floor issue is resolved. [redacted] told me he would never have laid tile on a floor with this much movement. Mr. [redacted] has pretty much told me to go screw myself he isn't going to fix it.Desired Settlement: I want Mr. [redacted] to repair my bathroom floor properly and the bathroom finished at his expense with a 36 month warranty on the floor work.When I brought up his F rating with the Revdex.com his text response back to me was "F rating for Revdex.com? That's F[redacted] funny."
