This purchase was made by Ms*** approximately months ago, which would have been January - February She has complained about the health check of hoursThis is August It would appear that she had ample time to have the puppy checkedI spoke to her on Saturday, August 8th by
phone concerning the Yorkshire Terrier and she advised me at that time that she was having the dog, now an adult, vet checked for a hind leg issueI advised Ms*** at time to please let me know what the doctors diagnosis wasOn Monday, August 10th, I was in San Antonio all day with my medical doctors and as per their request my phone was turned offMs*** left a message that Monday and I returned her call on the morning of Tuesday, August 11thBy this time Ms*** had not given me a reasonable timeframe to return her call and had left multiple slanderous posts on numerous websites concerning my business and my integrityIt would seem reasonable to at least give a hour response time to her message but she did not allow me thatTo address the complaint of "selling dogs under the name of another breed other than their actual breed" this statement is quiet simply not trueMs*** bought a Yorkshire Terrier and received registration papers and all proper documentation for the Yorkshire Terrier, which I have contraction documentary proof of this transactionI am sincerely sorry for any misunderstanding that may have occurred due to the misinterpretation of the contract on the part of Ms***

Dear *** ***, I received a letter from you dated 9/18/just a week ago concerning the above identified complaint numberEnclose were some documents to you from the buyerOne of which is a copy of the "Sales Contract" that was signed by both buyer and seller, dated 3/3/You will notice that paragraph number one of said contract states: " *** *** cannot guarantee the health of any animal sold, however, if a licensed veterinarian finds the animal to be suffering from a serious congenital defect or disease within hours of the sale, the buyer will retain a statement from the examining veterinarian describing the animals problem and notify *** *** in writing within days of the date of saleFailure to comply as stated above voids any guarantees and or warranties stated in this contract whatsoeverAfter complying as stated herein, the buyer may return the animal along with the registration certificate and *** *** will then replace the animal with an animal of equal value from the next litter bredBuyer assumes full responsibility of the health, appearance, and temperament of the animal until it is returnedThe replacement animal is to be agreeable to both buyer and *** ***." As shown on the veterinarian report the dog was not seen until 8/10/15, some five month beyond the date of sale, which completely "voids any guarantees and or warrantees stated in" the contact signed by myself and the buyerEven so, I offered, in all fairness, to accept the return of the dog to me and replace it to the buyer with another puppy "of equal value" to which the buyer refusedIn my estimation I have gone the extra mile to satisfy this buyer and extended the terms of the "sales contract" far beyond its limits to rectify and resolve this complaint with the buyer to no availI am sincerely sorry that a successful compromise could not be reached to accomplish a "win/win" situation in this matter for the buyerYours truly, *** *** RK Puppies and More

I am rejecting this response because: I did attach supporting documents that support my claimHowever, the business is focusing on the two that support they aren't responsible I don't need this win/win situation as they claim, because I win nothing at all other than a dog that her husband bred and sold me with a genetic issueThe other supporting documents of the puppy mill from their past and the proof of selling me a dog under another breed name are attached as well, however the blatant disregard of that is sickening as was the phone call from her husbandThe rudeness from this business is disgusting and that's all I have to say
