as of today, this complaint has been resolved, the consumer needed a replacement cord and we sent it out today by next day service

I spoke to the consumer to resolve this and offered a refund for this lampthe consumer advised that they need a new cordwe will provide action on this request and communicate with the consumer to make sure this is resolved asap
