Review: I brought my ford explorer in for service on 11/14/14 two lug nuts on divers side rear hub were broke off and three on the passenger side hub. I was afraid the wheel might fall off. I was told that I would have to replace both hub and bearings. I couldn't just replace the lug nut. I questioned that but I couldn't drive it so I said go ahead. For the price of $1215.90 On 5/14/15 my truck was all over the road. I went to Anderson auto in Fredonia, Wi I was told the bearing was bad, the tie rod was broke and bearing was loose. The bolts weren't even tightened. I had the bearing changed again at the cost of $1010.05. On 8/20/15 I had to have the other bearing changed again at the cost of $208.36 at Dave's service in Jackson, Wi. I don't think Gordon's ever changed the bearings the first time when they charged me the original $1215.90. Anderson Auto showed me the bearing that I was told were replaced By Gordon's they were all rusted out like they were the original bearing not brand new. In 10 months I have $2500 invested in two wheel bearings.Desired Settlement: I would like some or all of money back

We would be happy to look into this complaint, but to do so would need copy’s of the invoices of the work that the customerhad done at the other shops so we can review them. We would also like thedefective parts returned to us so we can start a warranty labor claim with oursupplier and then we can determine what happened. Thank you

june1'2016 took my mercury to gordons#1 3595 n 124st Brookfield, wisc. went in for an oil chg, and told the service manager that my power steering was making a noise and to check the problem, well when I received my bill for the oil chg,I was told nothing was wrong but your air condition is leaking and that I will need to have it replaced and it will cost $800.00, and for the power steering when the noise persist, bring it back and there will be a $30.00 dollar charge, all the fluids are fine. thank you and I left, so two days later I took it to another auto dealer and was told that nothing is wrong with the airconditioner , but you are one and a half quart low in the power steering reservoir and who ever worked on your car didn't do a good job. it pays to get a second opinion. on sat.6/4/16 I did call the service front desk and told them of the problem with there help, but nothing was said. I will never take my car there again.

Review: On March 12th, 2014, I went to Gordon's #1 service at 2:30pm for a scheduled oil change. After waiting maybe 45 minutes I was informed that the delay was due to a tire stem breaking as my tires were being filled with air. I was told that they would replace the stem at no charge. I waited a while longer(I'm not sure what time it was at this point) and was then told they didn't have the stem in stock, but it was being delivered and I would have to pay for the stem, but not the labor. In hindsight, I should have questioned why I should have to pay for a part that the person at the customer service counter admitted was broken by a mechanic, however I needed to get home to watch my child so that my wife could leave for school. According to my receipt, I was checked out at 4:51pm, almost two and a half hours after I originally arrived for an oil change.Desired Settlement: I am looking for a refund of the part I was charged for, which was intact when I brought my vehicle in. I do not want a store credit. I was charged $55 for the part, and I can provide both the service receipt and the credit card receipt.

WHEN ATTEMPTING TO REMOVE MR [redacted]'S VALVE STEM COVER. THE STEM FOR TPMS (TIRE PRESSURE MONITORING SENSOR) FELL OFF WITH THE VALVE CORE INSIDE CAUSING THE TIRE TO GO FLAT.OUR SERVICE WRITER EXPLAINED THE SITUATION TO MR. [redacted] AND THAT WE WOULD REPLACE THE VALVE STEM AT NO CHARGE. MR [redacted] AGREED AND SAID IT HAS HAPPEN TO HIM BEFORE. WE HAD TO WAIT FOR THE SENSOR TO BE DELIVERED. ONCE THE STEM ARRIVED IT WAS NOT THE CORRECT DESIGN FOR SENSOR THAT FIT HIS CAR. IT WAS EXPLAINED TO MR [redacted] THAT THE ONLY WAS TO SOLVE THIS ISSUE WAS TO INSTALL A NEW TPMS SENSOR WITH A STEM. THERE WOULD BE NO LABOR ON THE PART BUT A NEW SENSOR WOULD COST $55.00 WHICH IS OUR COST ON THIS PART. SO NO PROFIT WAS MADE ON THIS PART.

MARCH 24, 2014

AROUND 2:30 MR [redacted] CALLED AND STATED THAT HE WOULD LIKE TO TALK TO ROBERT POCKEY ABOUT A SERVISE COMPLAINT. WHEN IT WAS EXPLAINED TO HIM THAT MR. POCKEY NO LONGER WORKED HERE MR [redacted] HUNG UP THE PHONE.

AT 3:54 I RECEIVED AN EMAIL STATING THAT MR [redacted] WANTED TO TALK TO ROBERT POCKEY ABOUT A SERVICE COMPLAINT . HE ALSO INCLUDED A PHONE NUMBER THAT HE COULD BE REACHED AT. 4:10 WHEN I CALLED THE NUMBER THAT WAS GIVEN I GOT A VOICE MAIL AND LEFT A MESSAGE. I CALLED THE PHONE NUMBER 3 TIMES BETWEEN 4:10 AND 6:00 STILL ONLY GETTING A VOICE MAIL.

WE AGREE TO OFFER A CUSTOMER SERVICE REBATE $55 TO MR [redacted] FOR THE SERVICE THAT HE FEELS WE WAS UNFAIRLY CHARGED FOR
