Complaint*Original Service call for washer repair [redacted]Check written for same - [redacted] cashed [redacted]Reason given for extended delay, part ordered (supposedly on [redacted] from New Zealand.*Multiple calls made and assurances given (when answered) that part was ordered.Desired SettlementRefund of $150.00 deposit for part ordered (Fisher-Paykel washer control module). Service charge of $85.00 can be retained.

Said he ordered part for washer. Stated it was coming on multiple days and never did. Charged [redacted] for deposit on part. Never returned phone calls.He Came to house on [redacted] to fix our broken washer. Stated it needed parts [redacted] and [redacted]XXXXXXXX, that would take 1-2 business days that he got the parts from New York. He would need [redacted] deposit to order the part. Which we paid by check number [redacted] After 3 days on [redacted] we called him to find out when he was coming and he stated he ordered the part from [redacted] and would be here [redacted] After he didn't show on [redacted] we called again and asked if he received part. He stated it would be in tomorrow [redacted] and he would be over first thing in the morning on [redacted] Still no show or call on [redacted] we called and left messages(at least 3)and he never returned our calls. We then called on [redacted] and asked for our deposit of [redacted] back for the Part he ordered. He never returned our call.Desired SettlementRefund of the [redacted] we put down to order the part that we never recieved.Business Response she was not home onX-XX-XX I receved a call from [redacted] too go look at his [redacted] washer when I got there the complaint was washer was not draing well the washer was all apart and I had to put it all back together and that took 45min to do and all the clamps where off all the hoses so I got it back together and found out it had a bad pump motor so I installed a new pump motor and found out it also needed a pc control witch is a the control for the washer so I told him the pc will cost him [redacted] installed and take 2 to3 day to get if thay have it in stock in ny well thay didnt have it so a week to 10 day to get from [redacted] well the cost of the pump and my service call is [redacted] plus [redacted] for the pump totals to be [redacted] for these parts and labor the control was extra I talk to him and I told him I will return his deposit back only if I get my pump motor back and it will only be [redacted] due refund I am due my trip charge witch is [redacted] thank you [redacted] appliance P>S this washer was work on by some one who dose not no anything about appliance
