concern number #*** that was submitted on 12/31/I checked into the matter and found out that it did happen on that dayI talked to my manager on duty and he said that the item did ring up at a different price than the tagHe said he told the other clerk to honor the priceThe clerk involved said he put the difference out on the counter but the customer left without taking the moneyI’m making sure to go over our policy with all employees so this doesn’t come up againOur Company policy is to always honor the price marked on the regular tag or sale tag that is on the product at the time of the saleThe pricing department corrected the errorWe do have a strong price verification program within our company to make sure that errors are kept at a minimumIf you have any more questions please contact meThank You
