Very bad insurance company, no customer service, wait time 30-45 minutes
This is to renew my policy with a its broker who has a non-working answering system
always fail to transfer your call to whomever you want.
No-one responds to your emails.
Never ever have insurance with Gore Mutual
This trashy insurance company took over from my previous one in the last month, so, customer service does not exist. the answering system is not working : it asks you to dial the extension of your agent then it comes back to the main menu instead of connecting the you to your agent. Front desk most of the time is not available, so the answering system take you to general mail box to leave a message which does not go anywhere.

Never ever do business with Gore Mutual or its brokers
I've dealt with different insurance companies before and never ..never had any problem like what I'm having with Gore Mutual Adjuster Kate N *** I will be reporting her to her supervisor..and will be requesting to have somebody else as an adjuster
She is not professional and does not treat you as a client but just want to cut you down by saying things that is not truthunbelievebale..! The claim has been open only dayscan you imagine
