Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:While I made a mistake on the date, ( at least I will admit when I am wrong ) the response is FAR FROM the whole story. On 5/27/I called to have the phone number changedCustomer request and at NO TIME did I ask for a free number changeIn fact THREE times during this call I said I would pay for the change since it was a Customer generated requestThe order was taken and placed on a PENDING status. On 5/29/I called and asked for the PENDING order to be released with a completion date of 6/5/( days, business days) Again I said I would pay for it.For over a year now we have not been able to call a number of business in The Dalles Oregon that we do business with due to software translation problemsFORCING US to use cell phones to contact them, this included my PHARMACY.This whole situation flew apart at the seams when I called my Attorney and got advise and called the company back and left a message on the operations manager voice mail.I have never received a call back from that party, but did get a very disturbing call from Tech Support telling me there was no problem and that I did not know what I was talking aboutI dialed my NEW number on the cell phone not once but twice and made them listen to the answering device my calls were being routed to in White Salmon Washington. When the company figured out the problem at NO TIME was I informed of it until a new router with a new number showed up at my door.During this whole MESS, which could have been avoided, I went all cell service in the house.Tech Support was RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, CONDESCENDING and obviously lack the training in the most basic of Customer Service Skills. The opposite is true of the Services Department, Empathetic, Excellent listeners, Knowledgeable and they care about the people who keep them employed, Happy Customers [redacted]

The cr change on happened on Friday 6/5/(not 5/5) due to harassing calls from a family memberThe number change required we provide a new piece of equipment that the customer came to our office to pickupWe agreed to help the customer with the number change at no cost, which there
normally is a cost for that serviceThe number given to the customer on that Friday was given in error due to someone else already having that number (an issue with records)On 6/the customer called the tech support line for help and let us know of the issueThe first rep Aaron, did not understand the issue the customer was having, but did get assistance from the Tier rep who diagnosed the issue within a couple of hoursA new piece of equipment was set up with a good working number and that was mailed to the customer right awayThis did not satisfy the customer and they called and cancelled the phone service effective 6/9/
