I ordered 5 hostas from this place back in Feb. 16, 2016 to be shipped on May 2, 2016 and I haven't received them yet. Not only that, I've sent several emails and called and left voicemails and have heard NOTHING in regards to my order. I will be filing a dispute with my credit card company - don't do business with this company!!!

Review: One April 30, 2016 I placed an online order with this company for some plants for the amount of: Subtotal 126.00 Shipping, 7.00 Tax 0.00, Coupon discount (news2) -10.00, Total 123.00.They let me pick my shipping date, I picked ship-weeks Week 7 = week of May 9th. The website said they were running a little which is no big deal. On May 13, 2016 I sent them an email asking when I should expect my order, this was the responds I got (copy and pasted off the email they sent: Yes you will receive a shipping tracking number. We are running a little or a week behind. Thanks for your understanding.[redacted]. Responds was sent May 18, 2016.

I sent another email on May 27,2016 and this was responds: Could I please have your order number or zip code? Yes a tracking number is issued when shipped. [redacted]. Responds sent May 27, 2016. I responded back on June 2, 2016 with a copy of my order with order and billing zip code. This was the email sent to me on May 5, 2016.We are running a couple of weeks behind due to an unusual demand. You will receive a tracking number when shipped. I apologize for the inconvenience. It has been a very hectic pace around here since mid-may when my daughter was diagnosed with Cancer. Running from Doctor to Doctor and time waiting in Hospital labs put our shipping schedule way off. I thought if I just put in longer hours I could half way catch up - wishful thinking. This has turned our lives and our business upside down. Review: I placed an order from the Hosta Farm on May 26th, 2016 that was supposed to be delivered the week of May 30th, 2016. I contacted the business via email when my live flowers did not arrive, the business responded to my email with "there has been a delay, thanks". That is the last time that the business responded to my emails or phone calls. I emailed on 3 separate occasions, two of which, I demanded a refund. It is now July 6th, and I still have not received my order, or the refund that I requested.Desired Settlement: I want my money refunded.

This is a good company that has had some bad luck. When orders became delayed due to a serious illness in the family, they sent out an email to the outstanding orders (I was one) offering a refund, or the ability to delay shipping till cooler weather so the plants would not die during shipment. I chose to wait and low and behold I just received all my plants that I ordered and they all look healthy and happy to be in their new garden home in Iowa. I look forward to expanding my garden collection in the future with this company. Between this order and the previous ones, I've added over a dozen new varieties to my garden and it's looking great! Yes they could do a better job at communicating with customers, but all-in-all I have a beautiful garden thanks to their selection.

February 13, 2016 I ordered a Hosta from the Hosta Farm (Gorge Top Gardens [redacted] ~ [redacted] ~ ###-###-####).

February 13, 2016 (see receipt and email communication below) and asked for delivery during the second week of May, 2016. ($35.50). . Apparently others have been having similar troubles with this company. See: [redacted]

June 4, 2016 I inquired about the order and was asked to be patient.

June 29, 2016 I asked for a refund on and have had no response.

I do not want the product at this very late date and want a refund.

Please advise as to how I can receive my money back.

Gorge Top Gardens (The hosta Farm) took my money and never shipped any plants. They seem to be operating this way with no recourse! This site needs to be shut down and investigated! Buyer beware!!!!

I never received any plant. no deliver was made. I left over 6 voicemail for someone to contact me but no one ever called back. They never pick up the phone at all. I never got to speak to a live person. I emailed them continuously and finally received an email stating that someone "would mention my situation to a manager" but that was it as far as correspondence.Desired Settlement: I have asked them to re reimburse my credit card as of today since I have not received any shipment. This is completely unacceptable and this company should be penalized.

I ordered 3 plants from The Hosta Farm on March 4 on their website. I have yet to receive them. You need to get off the internet if you can not fill orders quickly!! I see now there are many many negative reviews. Never use this company! Will file complaint with Revdex.com soon.

Review: I made an online order from The Hosta Farm, part of the Gorge Top E Garden Site on May 6, 2016 and received confirmation of the purchase. I still have not received the order and it is May 24, 2016. I have called the business twice and left messages, and I have emailed them and I have yet to receive a response or my purchased goods. Is this not theft?Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of the purchase price of $37.00 as I will never do business with this organization ever again. I wish I had read the reviews of their service before I purchased from them. Their service record is abysmal and I am not altogether sure they are not simply thieves pretending to be a merchant. Review: I placed an order with saleforplants.com (order # [redacted]) on 3/11/16. My credit card was charged almost immediately which made me believe the order was being fulfilled and would be sent within the week. Because while reputable companies will request payment info when an order is placed, the credit card is not charged until the order is fulfilled. By 4/11/16, I had not received my order. Tried calling (over the next month) at least a dozen times - no one answered, went straight to voicemail. Tried emailing. The first reply on 4/16 merely said, "It looks like your order has shipped or is ready to be shipped." No tracking info, no carrier info & a really incompetent reply. I then decided to cancel and requested a refund. Several emails later (each which contradicted the other), with no satisfaction and no refund, I contacted my credit card company ([redacted]) and initiated a dispute. Within a few days, I came home to find a voicemail from someone who didn't give their name or company. The only way I figured out who this call was from was the caller ID. I tried calling but no answer - I left a voicemail message. I have also initiated a complaint with the FTC. This morning I received an email with an epic story of illness in the family which caused their business to suffer beginning Easter and requesting that customers not request a refund (incredibly bad business practice). My order was placed weeks BEFORE Easter so I have no sympathy. And knowing how easy it is for a business to refund a credit card makes this all the more infuriating. This company runs under various names so they should be prepared for orders especially when the growing season on the East Coast begins. A horrendous company!Desired Settlement: I want my refund of $50.45. I want an email confirmation indicating this order has been cancelled and the refund has been completed.

Review: Placed order for 5 hosta plants on May 11th, 2016 to be delivered the week of May 16th, 2016. Charges were made on my debit card on May 16th, 2016 in the amount of $37.00, this amount included a unit price of $8.00 for 5 hosta plants =$40.00 with a discount of $10.00 and a shipping and handle charge of $7.00, this left a balance of $37.00. I ordered these plants on line with The Hosta Farm website, but Gorge Top Gardens appeared on my bank statement deducting the $37.00 charge. This was my first time ordering from this company. I never received my plants. I called and left messages, I sent e-mails from May, 2016 until Sept. 2016, no response. THIS COMPANY HAS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE, NO RESPONSE. At this point, I would just like a refund of my $37.00.

Review: I made a purchase of plants in 11/15 with the understanding to be shipped later based on time for planting for my area. I was told delivery would be 4/25 only after I reminded them with my first email. No plants have been delivered and the last email at beginning of May stated my order was given to manager. It is now about 3 weeks out from original date and no response to recent emails. It is unlikely that this order can be filled. I am positive that I am not the only one experiencing this breakdown. Review: I have been trying to get a hold this company for weeks by phone and email. They also go under the name The Hosta Farrm and Sale for Plants. I have placed orders in the amount of $1225.70. My delivery schedule was the last 2 weeks of April. It is the middle of May now. No word from them regarding my orders. Have sent several emails informing them to cancel my orders and refund my credit card. No one answers there phone or gets back to you via email. Have called and emailed on a daily bases. I started doing research about the company and found a lot of complaints about them. They like to take your money and you don't get your order and they don't refund. Review: Ordered plants through The Hosta Farm online on May 31st. I never got them. Called and emailed repeatedly and never got through to someone and never received any response. I left my phone number but the more I dug the more addresses and emails and phone numbers I found. I never got through to anyone and never got a response. Emailed [redacted] and Gorge Top Gardens. Looked online and saw there were a lot of complaints of people against them. Apparently this person is taking a lot of online orders and never delivering them. They're scamming people.
