I have done about different jobs for this guy. If someone is not happy with the work, it doesn’t take almost a year to file a grievance or try to get his money back. Also, if the work was not sufficient, why would he want me to do more jobs? I have tons of clientele in Jefferson
City. My customers are always satisfied and I go above and beyond for them. I feel like he is just trying to get work done for free. I was doing a job doing a tuckpointing job for someone else on his street. I left the job for lunch and left my helper there and this customer came by and asked him about us doing some work for him as well. I went and met with him and he told me about what his dad left him when he passed away, how he was going to invest in a property and get it fixed up to rent out to Section 8. There was a lot of trash in the home and I hauled it away and he was appreciative. I did this to help him and left it for about a week until I could come and remove it. He didn’t even pay me for this work
