Review: On Feb.10 I made an appointment for a gel fill on my nails advertised on their price list as $30. When I went to pay I was told it would be $43.I asked why and was told it was because they had to put color on my nails and then the gel. I told them that was how it was done everywhere else as I had gel nails for several years and done at several nail salons and NEVER did I pay extra to have my nails filed down ($3) and nail polish ($10) added to the cost of the gel fill. I was told if I wanted the gel first and then color I would not be charged extra. I never heard of this and said NO. Nowhere in their price list does it explain different charges for gel fill, only $30. I believe they are cheaters and the shop was not very helpful in resolving this matter. I was overcharged $43 as far as I am concerned.Desired Settlement: I believe they owe me $13 for the overcharge. Their pricing is out of line with other nail salons in the area.

She never explained and broke down the prices prior to the services. I only found out what I owed when it was time to apply the nail polish and then the gel. I have been having gel nails for the past 5 years and the price for gel nails as advertised includes the polish and gel over the polish. Yours is the only nail salon that has the nerve to overcharge customers for this procedure. I had cut my nails down BEFORE I went to your salon so the technician only had to file them. She did NOT cut them down. Sounds to me like your technician is nothing short of a liar. If a gel fill is NOT $30 as advertised in your salon, you should print the correct price. I never heard of a nail salon that did not include the nail polish. If we cannot resolve this issue, I will contact the nail salon licensing board to pose the question of what is included when the price of gel nails is posted.

Again, I have discussed to my technician that she explained to you the charges before she apply the polish and gel on top of the color, which you agreed to pay $10 extra for gel on top of the color (there was no charge if you wanted color on your gel nails instead) and $3 for re-filing all your 10 nails that were un-even from pre-cutting yourself before coming to the salon. According to your message that you have been having gel nails for the past 5 years and you should have known the procedures better. Unfortunately, The price list does not have enough room to advertise all the small charges such as cut down, re-filing, nails repair, gel over the polish, etc...; therefore, we have posted the salon policies all over the place for your knowledge and*Price may vary depending on the service at the bottom of our price list; If I were you, I should had come to the same salon that you have come for 5 years since you were at our salon for the first time and our price was not including the gel over the polish (only the polish on your gel nails that no extra charge) However, my technician would like to return you for $13 that you thought we over charged, please let me know when you would like to come in for a refund.
