Gorilla Construction

We contracted Gorilla Construction to complete a patio project. Unfortunately, it ended up in litigation in the Allegheny County Courts because Mr. [redacted] sued us for breech of contract for not making the final payment. Under the terms of the contract, our architect would not approve final payment due to the number of items left on the punch list, poor quality of the work, and for not following the specified terms of agreement for construction in the blueprints. The judge ruled in our favor on both Mr. [redacted]'s claim AND our counterclaim. Mr. [redacted] owes us several thousand dollars to which he has paid zero. Even after the court has ordered him to play by the rules, he still has not. Under no circumstances should you engage in business with this company.
