Although the price quoted and charged for the services rendered were lower than other estimates, the inconvenience with scheduling and the work completed actually ended up costing more than had we gone with another contractor- Difficult to nail down a time for the workMy wife and I had made arrangements from work to be home at certain times to have the work done, only to get a call telling us that they couldn't do the job that dayThis happened twice- Part of our job was stump grindingIn order to install a pool in the area where the tree was, we had to pay a second contractor to remove the remnants of the stump that was left behindThe crew that took down the tree did a good job, thoughThey did the job without damage to property or any structuresThey did a little bit of (forgivable) yard damage in the front of the house
Hired Gorilla Mike's Tree service to remove trees, grind those stumps as well as others, and trim a tree with complete removal of brush and debrisThe other tree service I called stopped by when I was not home and left an estimate (high one) on the door I assumed they would call to schedule an appointment, but they did notAdditionally, they never followed up The owner of Gorilla Mike's came in person, evaluated the situation, offered recommendations based on our needs and goals and gave a very fair estimateThe work was completed in the time frame agreed upon***, the head trimmer, is experienced, very knowledgeable, and amazing to watchThe entire crew was very polite and hard working and did a great job of protecting the space between us and the neighborsLikewise, they went beyond my expectations to save the wood for some friends by stacking it all neatly for themGREAT experienceI would definitely hire them again

The person who showed up to do our Bid was thorough and went over ever detail with us, sh is very educated in her field and pleasent to deal with, they showed up exactly on time and jumped out the trucks ready to work without hesitation or any lagging, we worried with their pricing being cheaper than others that the quality of work would reflect in the cheaper pricing but this was perfect! Hard strong good looking guys showed up! They knocked out the job faster than estimated , cleaned everything up like they was never there! Very pleased will recommend and call again if needed
