We should not be returning any money back to GreggThe reason we put diferent tweeters on his car was because we tryied Alpines but sounded very badThe impedance of the tweeters would not match to his original stock head unitWe never
charged him full price for any type of tweetersHe was using the factory radio at the timeWhen he left our store he was very happy we did suggested to him that if he would replace his stock radio his sound system should improveHe came back few days later to see if we could change his radio (the factory radio) to an after market that he already owendBut there was no kits or parts available for his car at least not from our providers we did told him, so he called his dealer and was told that his previus car that he previously owned was very similiar to his current oneHe brought us back his car for change of radio we did our best to take his old radio out and re-install his Alpine radio, considering we could not find any information about his car wiring for the new radioBut we managed to get it to work witch it took us a very long time and still we did not charged him full price on installation cause he was a returning costumerNow he has a new radio installed with much more power and it sounded greatNext day he comes back asking about his tweeters, but we had already installed those tweeters when he had original radio witch he never complaint about itWe explained the situation why they were thereBut then he became very agressive and hostile towards us and begin threatening that he was going to make our lives very miserable if we don't change his tweetersWe explained to him that those tweeters were the only tweeters we could use while using the factory radio and any other tweeters would not match impedanceBut he kept getting very agressive and hostile we still tried to make him fill better by offering to replace his tweeters with Memphis Audio for free witch he was already familiar with them he had them on his previous carHe kept on demanding more and more, at that time it was on a saturday and we were very busy we told him to please come back on monday and we will happily replace them and all he had to pay was $for labor, witch he aggred on it, he left our store and took the Memphis tweeters witch they cost more than the Alpines and he never came backSo why should we pay when he took some of our product from us not paying and still kept the old tweetersAnd keeps demanding more and moreWe are a small family company we treat everyone here with respectGregg is only trying to take advantage of us and still going forward with his threats

Yes, Gorilla Sound owes me money back I paid for a full Alpine speaker system and received lessI told *** that my car was the same as the previous carHe refused to believe me In other words I paid twice to have a head unit to be wired I told *** and *** the sound was horrible when I left the first timeThe kit from my previous car ,which I gave them with head unit along with the harness etcfits perfect ,no issuesNo extra labor issues were ever explained to me ;that would of course be included in my price anyway I never made threats or became hostile *** never admitted I had $tweeters until I brought him out to the car to show him I paid cash for both installs trusting I would be taken care of Bottom line I was given $tweeters instead of Alpine and charged twice for a head unit install This is classic bait and switch

MrGregg keeps on changing stories over and over, now he says that we charge him twice for his radio installWhy dont he looks up his receits and read what it says on each oneBut thats already expected from him, he will try and try to get over everything else, we won't be surprised if by tomorrow he will be demanding something elseLike we have stated before he alredy has sets of tweeters on his possession from us, he only paid for set and yet he keeps on demanding money back from us!..what kind of thief is he?

It appears we cannot come to a resolution as we see things differently.I stand by my original complaint and response*** has a warped view of what is honest and fairI did pay for two radio installs because of *** and sergios refusal to do research on my vehicleI had to install tweeters myself because I did not trust them with my vehicle anymoreI am the one being taken advantage of in this case not gorilla sound

We don't and cannot warranty any product that was never bought in our store. If his wire came off after few months why is it our falt?. We didnt sell him the speakers, he bought some cheap speakers with cheap wiring we're not responsible. Again "we dont warranty any product that is not bought in our store" period.
