I am writing in response to a complaint rebuttal filed about my business. # [redacted] I have several employees who witnessed the volume and manner [redacted] took with me on the phone. I attempted to come to a resolution over the telephone but the conversation was not productive and confrontational on her part from start to finish. Many of her statements about our phone conversation are completely untrue or twisted with reality. We could not come to any resolution because she is not interested in resolving the situation. She wants a full refund or she will run my name through the mud, which she has already begun. I find this to be a form of bullying, and extortion to get what she wants. There was little time between when they received the shirts and the event. She did not attempt to have any rational conversation with me when the initial problem was brought to light. Instead, she and her walking team used and wore every t-shirt to the event then filed a complaint. There is no way for me or her to prove who was at fault, and I tried to talk to her about that fact. The final approval was not the photo she sent to the BBB, but the one made prior to further changes to the design and spelling made by her two family members. That final design was given final approval here with me in my shop by her mother and brother in law. The two had me make several changes after [redacted] 's consent was given via cell phone snapshot. [redacted] has never once set foot in my business. Her two family members were the ones to come in and place the order, approve it here in person and picked it up. Her mother, one of those family members absolutely did call to apologize afterwards for her unacceptable behavior. It was said to [redacted] her during our last conversation that these are her family surnames and have to be proofed by the customer, as there is no book or database of correct spelling of surnames. Her family, the people who were the ones involved from the beginning of the order, did in fact approve the proof here with the apparent misspellings. And no one here hung up on her. She hung up herself after it was said that this conversation isn't productive as she just continued yelling repeatedly that we don't know how to spell. I have witnesses here to corroborate this. I'm caught in the middle of a family disagreement. The family members either didn't read the proof carefully enough or didn't know the names well enough to recognize the correct/incorrect spellings, I can't say what caused this, but if they accept in person the final proof of their own family surnames it is impossible for me to identify and correct that prior to completion of the shirts. And many changes were made throughout the process.I tried to work something out with [redacted] , but she is unreasonable, as she wants only her money back without accepting a bit of responsibility or offering any alternative solutions. The products were used for their desired purpose, at the same time deemed unusable by the customer. For these reasons, I do not support [redacted] in her claim that we showed no interest in making things right or that the shirts were a waste of $/unusable.When dealing with issues such as this in the past, I am always able to reach a middle ground where both parties are happy, and accept their part in the issue. This is a first where I have a party unwilling to have a constructive discussion to reach an amicable resolution.Yours faithfully,***GORILLAscreen printing & signs

I am writing in response to a complaint filed about my business. The customers family, and not the actual customer came in person to proof the artwork for their shirts to be printed, and the two approved what I ended up printing in the end. I have no proof, in digital form because the customer did...

not have access to internet to approve via email. The day that they called to inform me the shirts were misspelled was a Friday(day before the event),and I was unable to order stock for the shirts for the walk-a-thon the next day. When I tried to explain this to the customer, that I was unable to reprint, even though the art was approved with mis-spellings, she became irate and insulting me and my shop. she was never the person to come in and check the artwork, she sent her brother-in-law and mother. The two individuals, after they send [redacted] a cell phone snap of the art, went ahead and had me alter the proof once more after the fact. this is when the design suffered the error, and the two individuals gave me the OK for the last rendition of the logo. [redacted] claims that the cell phone picture did not have these misspelled names. she is correct, because her mom and husband had me alter the art after the last cell phone picture was sent. The misspelled wording on the design were all surnames. I have no dictionary to reference the correct spelling of family surnames. The customer that complained was actually the one who cursed at me, and not vice versa, and she threatening me with legal action. I told her I do not appreciate foul language towards myself, and I would appreciate if we can be civil to each other. She did not comply so I terminated the phone call. her mother called me back to apologize for her daughters foul mouth.Today I made a second attempt to make this right for the customer, but was met with more anger and opposition to my side of the story. I was told I said things that I did not say, and she told me that her mother did not actually call me to apologize. she insulted me using a "cartoon it" like voice to mock my plea for a resolution. I asked her why she has to talk to me this way and had to end the call because she was irate and insulting me and my business.Yours faithfully,[redacted]GORILLAscreen printing & signs

I have read an reviewed what [redacted] from Gorilla has said in response and he is completely lying. The shirts were never used, Due to the fact that they were misspelled. I attempted to call him back that day that he or his mom hung up on me but they never answered the phone. I never once hung up on them or screamed at them. As I have said before my co-worked was in my office that day and heard the whole conversation and could not believe how I was being treated. He says he feels like he is being bullied I do not believe it. I feel like I am the one being bullied since he told me my own family can't stand me and that my mom would call and apologize to him when that never happened since I was with my mom that day when this issue did come up. Also for someone to tell a client that they are not important and to hang up on them is completely wrong on there end. Never once in that conversation did [redacted] try to resolve the issue. He kept telling how my mom called him and that my mom changed everything when in the end the shirts were printed in the order that my mom took a picture of. She never changed it after getting off the phone with me. My brother in law's name was one of the names spelled wrong so for [redacted] to say my family doesn't know the names good enough he is wrong. If it is his own last name I am sure he would know how to spell it. I have a picture showing the names spelled right. Never once did my family send me a picture with names spelled wrong. I am sure if my brother in law saw his name spelled wrong he would have spoke up. Therefore I believe [redacted] finished the products after my family let his store. When they did pick up the shirts he never showed them the finished product they were in a box and ready to go. I noticed when I got home from work and called the shop right away and left a message. They never returned my call and I then proceeded to call them the next day were I was met with oh there is nothing we can do. He then told me it was my fault and my family's fault. Then said he was not going to do anything for me and that my money was just a big loose and I needed to get over it. Which is what he said after to me on the phone three weeks later. He even called my mom and brother in law stupid and said maybe they don't know how to spell. So I believe everything he said about my family is a form of bullying. I would have tried to come to a resolution with him when he called by he was so mad that I reported him and did not want to discuss a resolution even though several times I tried to speak to him  about one. He only wanted to put all the blame on my family. Never his shop even though this was not the first time they messed up on my shirts.  II feel he is not a  very nice person to deal with and he doesn't know how to treat customers. He keeps changing everything that was said on his part. Everything that I have produced and wrote is the truth and therefore I don't want to be treated the way he has treated me. Making me feel like I am nothing  Sincerely[redacted]

To Whom It May Concern, I have attached three images in regards to my shirt. First image is how he printed the shirts, second is an image from my old shirt that he was given to go by which has the correct spelling of the names. The third image is the photo my mom sent me of how we wanted the shirts as you can tell names were added and the spelling is correct there to. In case was the names misspelled for him.  Yesterday afternoon [redacted] did call me and left a 2:00 minute voicemail about how my mom changed everything and he wanted to resolve the issue. When I called him yesterday afternoon he told me the same thing. I explained to him I didn't have much time to talk since I was in my office at work with a co-worker. I said to him my mom sent me the finished product and she never once changed anything after getting off the phone with me. Since the image she sent me is how you printed the shirts and you misspelled three names even though you had the correct spelling written out for you. He then replied that I was lying and it was my fault for the misspelling because I added names to my shirt. I then explained to him that the misspelling didn't happen on the new names and he had everything written out for him and a shirt with the correct spelling. This incident with the shirts took place two days before the walk on a Friday morning, my shirts were picked up Thursday night, so I called the very next day and the walk was on a Sunday. He then told me he could not believe I actually reported him and that my mom called him and apologized to him for me. I them told him that's a lie because I was off from work that Friday and was with my mom all day. She was actually be side herself because she could not believe the way he was speaking to me. He is the one who swore at me and called my mom and brother in law stupid. He then said $320.00 is nothing but a lose and I needed to accept that.  At that point his mom took the phone from him and said she isn't our family and we don't need to answer to her. Then she said were down here and hung up on me. I never once called him names or yelled at him since I was in my office with a co-worker. I don't know why he is saying I called him names or a cartoon character. At one point in our conversation I asked him if he remembered calling my mom stupid and swearing at me. His reply was no wonder your family don't like you and they roll there eyes when they are on the phone with you. Which I found what he had just said very upsetting and wrong.  No one should treat anyone the way he treated me. He should not speak to customers the way he does.  Sincerely '[redacted]
Regards,
