Review: Please see emails below which were sent to company in question from me. Return was received on their behalf and no refund remitted to me. I received no email and or communication in any form as to status of my return. Company not only has item which I returned to them but also credit that is owed to me.[redacted],Email 1: The fabric of your dress fits like a glove! Unfortunately once on, the black thread on the seams became exposed. Once the dress was inspected, I noticed additional seams misaligned and tearing of seams near the bust. Item will be sent back tomorrow via USPS and I will forward the tracking # to you. Your response on this matter is greatly appreciated. I wish you luck in your sales and hope to do business with you in the future under better circumstances.Email 2:Dress sent pack via USPS, please see tracking number below. Review: I purchased a dress from, what is supposed to be, the owner and seamstress of the aforementioned company over three months ago with several problems that resulted in the current complaint. The first problem arose when the owner stated that it would be $8.00 for shipping the dress thus making the dress total more then the advertised price she originally quoted. Upon arrival of the dress, the package stated that the shipping cost was less then the $20 up charge that she quoted via email. Upon trying the dress on, it did not fit and I immediately noticed problems with the stitching of the dress. I emailed the owner and informed her of the problems with pictures of the problem areas and she stated that I would need to pay for the dress to be shipped back to her and then the alterations would be made according to the pictures and sent out. I asked her if there was any way that we could meet in person, she stated that she did not do in person alterations and that I would need to send it back with pictures. I explained that I did not feel comfort with that method, let alone paying for shipping and she offered to only meet me but that I would still need to send pictures. In the midst of those emails, I noticed that the "custom" fabric that I chose for my dress was being made for other customers in the same print that I chose. I stopped communications as I could not agree with that method of doing business and gave some time between the next communication about the dress. When I contacted her again, she stated that the only option now would be to send it and that I would have to wait an entire week to receive the dress back on top of shipping and alteration time. We went back and forth for days and I explained to her that I was not satisfied with the customer service being provided and she stopped communication. In the midst of stopping communication, I noticed, via Instagram (social media site she uses to advertise), that she was posting pictures of people being satisfied with the dresses she was "making." Upon seeing the posts, I simultaneously wrote a message on one of her post and sent another email. She deleted the messages and ignored the email again. I waited another week and tried the same thing again via Instagram and email for her to block me on Instagram, delete the message off the Instagram post and ignore the email again. I do not think someone like this should be able to stay in business. She is ripping people off saying that she will custom make the dress, it's coming pretty much thrown together and upon their being issues or problems, she thinks that she can do everything via email. That is very unprofessional and someone needs to stop her as I am sure I am not the only person being ripped off.Desired Settlement: I spent $190 for a dress that she claimed would be custom made for $170 but that shipping would be $20. I would like a full refund and to be done with this unprofessional poser.
