not a valid complaint at all on the body shop , the customers car and bumper has been altered from factory standards and lowered to where the tires hit the bumper and fenders when driving , the side lites on vehicle ware not factory and the holes in the front bumper have been cut in there poorly
prior to shop getting vehicle and the lites the customer provided do not fit the holes and are not made for that car thus the bumper sucks in when the lites are installed , shop did everything that the insurance company would pay for the insurance company came out and looked at car after repairs and agreed with repairs that vehicle put back to preloss condition , the shop repaired the vehicle back to the insurance companies specifications to preloss condition also the customer requested that we had a sublet contractor (paintless dent repair ) come out and repair a dent in his door because he did not want to have it repaired and repainted properly this customer is rediculas with his accusations and we will not go back and forth on this customers crazy accusations , believe this would be good example for shop to take all photos stored on car and hire a lawyer to pursue slander

I have reviewed the offer and/or response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
Business did not acknowledge or make a comment around even being open to discuss my specific issuesThey refer to the third party involved but failed to mention that the third party agrees with me and is willing to resolve the issue through another service providerSo even though the business is saying that they are trying to save the third party money they are actually costing them money since they will have to pay another provider to resolve the issue not fixed by the businessFurthermore, I recorded the owner on my phone stating that the paint job they did has blemishes in it caused by "trash" in the paint roomThat being said I have pictures as well as the owner admitting there is an issue with the paint job, among other things that again have not been addressed

The business keeps saying they have satisfied their responsibility but is not addressing any of my issues, specifically with the “trash” in the paint job, as described by the owner himself, or the parts of the actual bumper that were obviously mangled by the accident but not replaced. As far as the specifics in the reply from the business I will address each statement below even though I feel I am stating the obvious. 1) Business reply, “this special customer being the first complaint with the Revdex.com”– Just because I am the first to complain to the Revdex.com does not mean I am the first to be dissatisfied with their work. Others could have not known the proper course of action or did think it was worth their time as there is no guarantee of a resolution. A quick google of the business turns up complaints from other customers as well. Furthermore the logic in the argument as a whole is flawed in that it is like telling a judge I am not guilty of a crime simply because I have never been caught doing it before. Makes no sense.  2) Business reply, “I have spoken with the unfortunate customer that has been involved with [redacted] , and all our business is completed and repaired correctly with factory parts and back far superior to PRE LOSS  condition. The paying customer does not owe [redacted] more than what they damaged and we will not be involved in that.” – If the business has spoken with the customer and they agree all is finalized then why is the third party working with me to get the work fixed through another service provider. See attached screenshot of my text with the third party’s mom. The business on the other hand has provided no proof that they have had any contact with the third party and in fact seems to be fabricating conversations to back their subpar work. 3) Business reply, “[redacted]'s vehicle as all was repaired according to the repair estimate agreed on in the beginning by the paying customers signature and [redacted]'s signature , All repairs to be done was discussed and agreed on.”  - Yes, I agreed to let them do the work but I did not agree to them doing subpar work when I signed the repair estimate to give them permission to start. Because the third party paid, I never signed anything when the work was done saying that I felt it was complete, accurate or to my satisfaction. Additionally, nowhere on the estimate did it say the paint job came with bubbles and “trash” in it or that they would replace some parts for the bumper while not replacing others. Am I supposed to be able to look at an estimate and know that the more than two dozen parts that make up a bumper are present in the estimate or is it more reasonable for me to assume the shop would do the  work it was contracted to do?

First and formost this is the first complaint with the Revdex.com in 10 years in business for me. We were contacted by *** *** a 1 year graduate from high school as he had hit this customer (***) from behind and trying to do the right thing Mr *** had received an estimate from another facility for...

*** truck to repair that included a lot of ,not related , repairs to his truck. after coming to us we gave them both an accurate estimate for the repairs done to the vehicle set a date , time for repairs and set up a rental vehicle. The owner did not keep his appointment nor call .We had parts purchased and waiting . We tried to contact customer again with no response . I contacted Mr Kemps mother whom had paid bill in advance , She had said that they were having problems with *** , he wanted more money .I explained that I will refund money to her send parts back , that I would rather not repair vehicle at this point the way customer was acting. She had asked that we reconsidered and that she would call and tell customer that this is only option she was giving to fix his truck as she was paying for repairs . Then customer called and scheduled again .We repaired the vehicle for what the damages were done to the vehicle using all factory parts from the manufacturer . When the vehicle was completed the repairs were done correctly and looked great , we did not replace or repair anything that was not the cause of the accident that Mr *** was not responsible for . I am glad I had the opportunity to help out a younger gentleman and his mom who were trying to do the right thing ,and we helped them not get scammed out of $ to repair things they are not responsible for . we repair approximately 100 cars a month with no complaints . Some customers you do not want and I will make sure Mr *** does not haunt our parking lot again . We will not help dishonest people take advantage of honest people.    *** ***

Mrs [redacted] , As Always , we appreciate the Revdex.com and have been a member since in business . with this special customer being the first complaint with the Revdex.com , I have spoken with the unfortunate customer that has been involved with [redacted] , and all our business is completed and repaired correctly with factory parts and back far superior to PRE LOSS  condition. The paying customer does not owe [redacted] more than what they damaged and we will not be involved in that. I am positive with [redacted] that no matter how much more we give that it will not be enough or the end , as long as he can do as he is doing . We will not be doing any further repairs to [redacted]'s vehicle as all was repaired according to the repair estimate agreed on in the beginning by the paying customers signature and [redacted]'s signature , All repairs to be done was discussed and agreed on.

Review: Plastic parts that were obviously bent out of shape were not replaced and bubbles in the paint job were explained as "trash" that gets into the paint room when spaying or clear coating is taking place. I will give them credit for a 10 minute attempt to fix the imperfections in the paint job but in the end they did not resolve the issue or care to address others I bought to their attention.Desired Settlement: Fix the issues I pointed out with the repair.
