On 04/11/Pat G [redacted] owner Roofing and Painting came to repair the cedar shingles on my residence roofWhen he arrived to receive payment on 04/12/he claimed that he completed the repair with the promised spraying of the moss, to kill and prevent future moss growthAt this time I requested that he take a photo of his completed work because of my senior and health status, prevented me from climbing to the roof to examine the repairsBecause of the continuous rain, I did not call MrGorman to return within the two week time frame, that he claimed was needed for the moss treatment to be effectiveI did call him back on 05/23/to come back to my home and spray again, because it was evident that the moss continued to grow He refused to come back stating that he took a look at the roof and it appeared o.kI am not satisfied with this response because the moss, that can be seen below the window of the Master Bedroom and from the deck, remains on the cedar shingles, which will c

In August James Gorman personally provided a written estimate of the work to repair, patch cracks, patch a sink hole and to completely seal my drivewayThe estimate included a year warranty on all workAfter he completed the work he agreed to come back within two weeks to finish filling in the remainder of the sink hole repairHe said the material was to deep and needed to be done in two stages in order for it to properly dry out and cureHe was paid $for the work with his promise to come back and finish upHe never came back to finish the repairs and has refused to answer at least telephone callsThe cracks that he "repaired" are now much larger than they were before he started his workWhatever filling he put into the cracks before doing the sealing did absolutely nothing and in fact did not hold and were were washed out by the rainOverall his work is totally unsatisfactory and a complete waste of $His contractor license should be revoked
