Review: David G[redacted] worked on a house I was trying to renovate for months. Eventually he was asked to leave because the quality of his work was that terrible. He never showed any material purchase receipts as requested multiple times and never met any of the contract cost, schedule or performance goals according to the signed contracts we had. I came back from Florida where I was living on a visit around January or February of 2015 and monitored the events for about three weeks before I stopped paying Mr G[redacted] and his crew. I went to the house multiple times during three week period and Mr G[redacted] was present only one day during this period yet indicated he had labor charges and was present and working. He was let go and the locks were changed and he was told to not come back. He came back to the house because items were taken out and about two weeks later the air conditioning unit disappeared from the exterior of the property. I filed a police report.

I was from out of town relying on a business partner and friend of Mr G[redacted] to complete the work as agreed upon. I was forced to sell the property. According to the real estate agent who listed and sold the house, every contactor viewing the property to purchase indicated that the quality of the work was sub-standard at best. Doors were put on upside down, drywall not installed correctly, windows not measured and installed correctly, electrically not done according to code, no permits pulled, dormers not installed correctly, etc. Mr G[redacted] was only doing the work for the money and would never complete any one task. He is not a skilled craftsman nor does he care about the quality of his work. He is not an ethical or honest person. He plays the role of being stupid but is smart as a fox.Desired Settlement: Billing adjustment............
