I have made purchases of several items each from this manufacturer so farThey have taken the time to speak with me over the phone on several occasions, and have only failed to answer on one occasionI called on a Friday with a question for the owner, but he was out picking up product from a treatment plant at the timeHe actually called me back on a Saturday, believe it or not! Their products so far have been of exceptional quality for the price and their customer service for me has been outstanding! they are truthful concerning their products and share information willinglyI was told what their barrels would shoot well and what they wouldn't and it was exactly as they stated it would beSub MOA with the correct ammoThey do have a somewhat longer delivery time, but they are upfront with the fact that they are very busy and will get to the order as quickly as is possibleI for one don't mind waiting a little bit longer for a good product at an outstanding price pointI will continue to do business with them as long as they treat me as they have so far!!

I ordered a 20" creedmoor barrel from them I installed it and after sighting in with or rounds it shot at yards I'm waiting for them to become avail;able again and will buy another Very good experience with them
