I have not received any information regarding the progress of my complaint.  Any information would be appreciated.  I moved out of Apartment #[redacted] at [redacted] Avenue, Gahanna, OH on 9/4/15.  The manager, Beth, told me that my apartment had already been rented for October occupancy...

and that I would receive $640.00 refund of my security deposit. I have not received this refund and this business wil not return my phone call and has had no other communication.  I want my refund - $640.00. Thank Yo,

On 9/18/2015, a security deposit refund check, for $640, was mailed to Ms. [redacted].
Ms. [redacted] notified Management, after the check had already been mailed,and stated that she submitted the incorrect forwarding (mailing) address on her 30-day Notice to Leave (please see attached Notice).
Accounting put a stop payment on the check, and re-issued the check on 10/29/2015, in the amount of $640. (Please see attached copy of the check).
This should resolve Ms. [redacted]'s complaint.
