Review: Gorton Construction did a vinyl siding warranty replacement on my home and every since then I have had leaking during wet weather into the drywall surrounding the window to which they were called out to fix the improper placement of the vinyl siding. Since I figured the problem was repaired after they came out and worked on the siding, I went ahead and had the mold and drywall replaced due to the damage their error caused. They refused to reimburse me for the damage repair. Thought all was repaired only to find out during this Fall's wet weather that the drywall around the same window is still getting soaked and is once again damaged. I have called Gorton's Construction explaining in a voice message left to them that this is causing extreme damage to my home. They refuse to return my calls. I have called other siding companies and they state they don't like to get involved when another company has been doing the work and recommended I contact the Revdex.com. I would appreciate something done so that my home does not have any further damage to it. This is getting very costly to me and I'm extremely upset with Gorton Construction and their lack of care or concern regarding their obvious horrible workmanship and customer service. If I do not get results here, I will be proceeding with legal action for the past repairs I had to have as well as the proper repairs to alleviate the leaks. Gorton Construction has completely left me hanging with severe leaks and damage.Desired Settlement: My desired outcome would be for Gorton Construction to come out and properly fix the siding to where my home is not leaking and reimburse me for the repairs for the damage that was caused due to inferior workmanship and to pay for the repairs of the damage that is present now due to them not fixing the problem to start with or repairing it themselves.
