This situation was resolved we where able to get the customers financing handled for them thought USSA like they had requested
The finance manager that had done the customers paperwork had gone out on medical leave and we had to contact USSA and start the process over which took longer than normalThe customers credit was not affected and no charges to the customer

I have investigated this deal and do not believe that there was any malicious wrong doingThe customer was negotiating finance terms and the managers were simply trying to secure the best financing available to meet the finance demands of the

I will accept the letter but will not accept the response because, if I do this will look as if I misunderstood what was being done which is NOT the caseI was told something and was in fact maliciously lied to! I was not negotiating any financing with the dealership like I mentioned before I did not authorize them to do thisThey were merely supposed to run a in house credit app to tell me what incentive rates I could qualify for based on my credit rate/tierWe didn't discuss any exact numbers so I don't know how or what they submitted to the banks for approvalTwo of the four banks called me to verify information I made them aware of the circumstance and they acknowledged that this isn't the first time that this has happenedThis is not my first time purchasing a car I know how these things go and I know that there are steps taken and prior agreements on pricing before they even submit to the bankThese guys were being very pushy because it was the end of the month and they wanted to make a sale(they kept mentioning a rebate that was available was ending the next day)I wasn't set on anything and they just kept trying to force something to happen

This car came with a 90 day powretrain warranty only due to the fact that it was over 10 years old and had over 100,000 miles....

However even though the warranty did not cover the items that were having issues we still fixed them. The headliner is a cosmetic problem that happened after the sale that we went above and beyond by trying to help repair.

This car came with 90 day warranty period! And u have now lied saying had over 100k miles on it when it only has just over 86k right now as we speak! I was told to bring car back in to have the items in which u advertised with the car to be repaired to working condition! So u saying u make a habit of false advertising? Is this how u run it buisness? The headliner was brought up to u guys during time of sale and was falling down in back of car not after sale. Check engine light was on and remains on til this day and that's something most definately covered under any warranty that would have came with a car!!! All I ask is for the car to be repaired engine wise,and what it was advertised with I have never even been able to use CD player u advertised with the car.... I'm not asking for new paint or stupid frivolous stuff just asking for what I paid for ...what was advertised! .... iver never had an issue with any other car I've ever purchased EVER ... as matter of fact I wish I would've stayed loyal to pedder nissan at least they dont screw over their customers!

Well they gave me a rental car I just was responsible for gas. It took over a week but yes got car back. I had to reset clock and key fob myself but so far no lights or issues going on with it so hopefully it's all good :) thank u.

This customers loan is financed though Alaska FCU and should have Received the paperwork in the mail. please feel free to have her...

contact me on my personal cell phone to make sure she gets the necessary information. Her credit has not been affected and I can give her the account number to her loan with Alaska FCU.

It took over 5 weeks, several unanswered calls and emails, and a Revdex.com complaint to get this issue resolved. I am highly disappointed in the steps taken to resolve my issue and the high and unreasonable amount of effort I had to put in.
