*** *** contacted the daughter of Ms*** on 10-12-2017. She is the one that is most knowledgeable on this transactionThe estimate was correct, but as the daughter explained that no one advised her specifically of a motor mount, serpentine belt, pcv valve, air filter, oil and oil
filter that need replacingThere was no additional labor charge as these parts needed to be removed to perform the job, except for the air filter which was very dirty After a lengthy conversation and in the interest of cus***er satisfaction, Gosch Ford Hemet will refund her for the motor mount, belt, pcv valve and air filter for a Total of $ This amount is different than what was requested as the daughter advised us she just made that number up *** *** Service Director Gosch Ford
